My favorite place in town for fried chicken/fish! Two people can easily share the pick 3 combo. Great portions and fast, friendly service. I prefer not to add the seasoning though, it’s a bit too salty for me.

Best prices in town for chicken and fish. Full of flavor and tender. I ordered the chicken gizzards, and six wing plate. Y’all this is my go to spot for my chicken. Every order is made fresh. Nothing is left on the heat light. You’re not in and out the door 2 to 3 minutes. You can dine in or take out. The owner is awesome. The staff is awesome y’all step up support your hometown restaurants. This is one to represent and keep going back to.

Finally decided to stop by JJ Fish & Chicken after driving by this location numerous times and was not disappointed. The food was hot and fresh, and the portions were large. We’ll definitely be coming back.
I ordered the 3-piece fried catfish meal expecting small filets like some other places but ended up going home with food to spare. The catfish, fries, and sides were all delicious, well-seasoned, and fried to golden perfection.
Two things I would note:
1) The amount of coleslaw you get with your meal is tiny, which is surprising compared to the portions of everything else. But let’s be honest, I’m here for the fish and not the slaw.
2) I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the additional buttery seasoning added to every dish. It was fine but I didn’t think it added anything major to the food and will probably ask for it off next time since the food was amazing on its own.

I got the whole catfish, shrimp & chicken combo. It was all cooked perfectly & tasted great! I also got a small order of chicken gizzards, they were some of the best I’ve ever had! Definitely will be going back!

JJ’s fish was hot, fresh, and made to order. Our server was courteous and quick, and she answered all of our questions. The hushpuppies were DELICIOUS, and the house seasoning is definitely worth getting on everything. Yum!

We decided to try something new for us and good thing we did! The food was incredible and very fresh! It had a great taste but I just wish a bit more seasoning! They loaded us up and it was very worth it! The service was great, and the man on the grill was incredibly kind! We will definitely be back to try more items, especially a dessert!

Try this establishment. That is an amazing fried cod filet. Not greasy, cooked perfectly. The fries that came with were great. The small portion of slaw was also good. I wish there was more of it.
