I’ve now tried this location twice. No issues or complaints. Food hot and yummy. Service has been A1, without issue. Atmosphere is coo, steady flow of folks in and out. Clean space. There were a couple people who seemed to just be hanging out and staring, but nothing major or crazy. Meals run $9.99+.

This is my favorite place to go for hot fresh fish. They cook everything to order. As a result, everything is hot and fresh. Even though they are Always busy, their process is efficient, and the wait time is not too bad. This was my parents first time eating there and the loved it. I’m required to pick them up some every time I go to the area. I can’t speak for all locations but this one is one of the best. I live on the Southside but will come to this one. It’s in the hood but they had security. Not sure how often they are there but that was comforting. Prices are reasonable as well.

Hot and fresh and affordable. I got the 3 fish and 3 tenders meal for $12.99. The chicken tenders were delicious! The fish was ok. The JJs on Fulton Industrial has great fish! Seasoned to perfection. You should call them for the recipe. What me eat it on YouTube, Gg Verbs.

I ordered the Shrimp and Fry and the 3/3 meat combo which was 3 Perch and 3 Whitting Fish with fries. The Shrimps were great!! But the Perch fish was old and dry. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed for the money I spent there shouldn’t have been any problems. I usually visit the JJs on Westley Chappell Road I’ve never had this problem there. I will never go Back or Recommend this JJs.

Menu says fish sandwich and what I got was two pieces of bread and two pieces of fish. No sandwich at all. Fish tasted good and so was the banana pudding. But please remove Fish Sandwich from off the menu because what y’all doing ain’t it.

This location is always busy yet not a long wait. The fried perch is amazing and the wings are REAL WINGS! Not that party wing platter ya get everywhere else. The sauce SLAPS and the grease is always fresh… MAKES ME not have to wait to get back to Chicago Fo the eats!!!

We stopped here randomly en route to Augusta, GA from Montgomery, AL. The fried food was good. It was placed on paper instead of on the bread to soak up the grease. Once I got over that by placing it all on the bread, I was good. Coleslaw was meh, and the fries were hot, but not my style. The cboa co.e with a can soda. They also make flavored lemonade. K8 da expensive, but everyone was getting them, so they must be good.
