Normally the food is perfect but the chicken tasted like it was cooked it burned grease this morning. The AI ordering taking was cool but it wasn’t aware of the open hours… no biggie… so I waited a little over 50 minutes to receive my combo fish meal. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease as if the grease tempt was too high or something. Hopefully the experience is better on the next visit. It happens we aren’t perfect

Me and my daughter went to JJ’s fish to try that lemon pepper snow stuff they put on the chicken and it was okay but I didn’t want wings because I sell wings so I tried the tenders. The tenders was tough. I know that’s oxymoron but the tenders was tough. I’m baffled but hopefully this particular visit is not a true representation of the culinary standards and I also had the strawberry cream cake. Two words Play-Doh

I don’t know what’s going on but there wasn’t any of the “famous “ seasoning on my food. Do you have to ask for it now? Or did they discontinue it? Very disappointing!My only other issue is they need to change their oil.

Got all the way home to find my catfish order wasnt seasoned at all whole plate (fish and fries) was BLAND. Cooked well but they forgot the seasoning! (The white stuff) broke my heart, ive been eating JJs since i was little in Illinois. Tried calling numerous times at around 9:15, no one picked up. Id never diss JJs but come on man, do right by “us”. Yall know i come in there often enough.
P.S. yo peach cobbler is soggy!
