Nothing like what I expected according to the reviews. i guess all the good reviews are from family and friends. The empanadas were heavily breaded with dry meat no cheese. i guess i should have ordered with cheese. The plantains were good. The soursop drink was very good. the veggie empanada was overcooked canned vegetables. i expected the same taste i had in NYC from EMPANADA MAMA. DISAPPIONTED.

I placed an order for 50 empanadas for a heritage festival (we were representing ) at my kids school and they deserve five stars through and through! I called to verify my order the day before I was to pick it up, 20 beef, 20 chicken, 10 vegetable and they told me they’d start frying them 30 minutes before I was to arrive. I also made a special request not to seal the edges with egg, as there were going to be kids present who had egg allergies, they were so kind to accommodate!

First time and probably the last time ordering from here. Everything – I mean everything was nasty. The plantains were soggy and salty, the chicken was majority skin and bones. The spinach empanadas were not only hollow , you could tell they fried them in VERY old oil. Same with everything that had to be fried. Waste of money, wasn’t able to eat my food.

Delishes. Everything was season to perfection and so yummy. I had the cheese chulo de yuca was so yummy. I had the soursop juice , taste too good, and a small pequena which was like a plate of tostones and different meats and cheese, it was very delish. I will definitely return
