JJ Burger in the University Place mall was just ok. The kids meal was an ok size and price but the cheeseburger was just a bun, slice of cheese, patty and ketchup. They may have added lettuce, pickles etc if so would have asked but in its offered form it wasn’t great. The mushroom burger was a little expensive in my opinion but the flavor was ok. Overall it was fine, just nothing to set it apart from any other burger.

I honestly love JJ Burger, but I had only been to the other location. I’ve only been to this location once, and I’m never coming back. If you’re already at the mall, it’s a pretty good burger, otherwise, just go to the other location. Dude taking my order was not listening, like idk if he was geeked or what. Skimpy on the sauce, and then under-salted the fries. And it’s more expensive than the other spot too, but it’s the mall, I get it. Whatever the case, step it up gang.

This place was pretty good but it wasn’t anything that blew my socks off. The cashier lady was very nice and sought to understand my order. I wanted mushrooms and avocado with bacon.
I’m very picky and biased. Having tried the best BBQ in the U.S. and Michelin-level hamburgers, I can’t in good conscience give this establishment 5 stars. However, it was pretty good so I’ll give it 4 stars.
Overall, the burger was a 7.5/10. Almost there but not quite yet.

It’s okay, but not amazing.
I got a guacamole & Swiss burger ($7) and small onion rings ($4). The burger was neat and well made. It had a good taste, but the guacamole was really runny, and would squeeze out with each bite.
The onion rings were fresh and crisp. Fry sauce was normal fry sauce, nothing special. The ‘small’ is small. There were a total of five onion rings.
Staff was very friendly and service was acceptably quick. Not speedy considering I was the only one in line, but very reasonable.
For $12 after tax it wasn’t quite worth it. Especially when their “cheeseburger” is $3.50. Swiss is still cheese, so you’re basically doubling the price to add guacamole. $4 for five onion rings isn’t exactly a great deal.
It was good, but not worth $12 for a burger and five onion rings.

What a great place for a burger. It’s one of my favorite stops at the food court while at the mall. Pick your favorite & get ready for a tasty treat!

Burger was overcooked but to be fair I didn’t mention how I wanted it. The hot scones dusted with powdered sugar accompanied by marshmallow dipping sauce were as good as I’ve had.

The burger was good and the fries were even better with a nice crunchy exterior and a fluffy interior but I had to wait 20 mins for my burger and fries with only one other person in front of me so if you are short on time be aware you will be waiting!!!

Chocolate icecream tastes sour like it’s either spoiled or has some weird chemical in it, almost like a lemon after taste.
Oriental women couldn’t understand my question about whether they sell milk shakes or icecream.
Halibut burger patties look gross. They are processed and spongy uniform filling, not flakes of fish. They said the pieces that come with fish and chips are real meat that isn’t processed. If you want one piece of Halibut it’s $5 and it’s a pretty big piece.
FRIES: taste dry and overcooked. Ask to cook shorter time.
Cheese burgers come with Thousand Island dressing so ask for ketchup, mustard. Also come with lettuce and tomatoes and onions. Pretty good.
