When you call ahead to order MAPLE AND Chocolate donuts, but they somehow don’t manage to deliver on their end and only give you chocolate. Driving almost 2 hours for these because of how good they are. It’s the principle. Disappointing. Ridiculous.

Jitters is the cutest donut shop in Sioux City and their cake donuts are the best in town. Maple + peanuts is my personal fave but all the flavors are so good! And I love that they have regular tables but also various cozy seating areas with couches etc that are so inviting and feel like you’re truly welcome to stay and visit for a while with whoever you went to donuts with. Their new location is so spacious and airy and the food is as delicious as ever. I’m a huge fan!

Cutest donut shop in Sioux City, friendly staff and amazing owner! Recommend for family outings! Menu go too’s: pizza wrap and white coconut donuts. Pictured is their new cups for blended drinks and smoothies. Vanilla bean iced coffee is my favorite cold drink. The patio is so beautiful in the spring, the owner fills it with flowers making it feel like a garden in the city!

The Breakfast Wrap was microwaved, mushy, chewy, and completely devoid of flavor. The donut machine was “acting funny so it would be over an hour wait for donuts”. The milk frother was not working so no Latte’s. The menu board has no info on food. It just lists a price for a “breakfast wrap” After waiting through a long line, it’s my turn to order. I am handed a menu to quickly glance at while 8 other people are standing behind me waiting to order. At the same time she moves the fresh donuts that were sitting in front of her, and sets them up on the counter 8in from my chest. Open top. Someone else’s donuts. She called no name, made to gestures to anyone. She was just moving them to write on something else. That was a nice tease after being told it would be over an hour wait for a donut. They smelled nice. Very awkward and clunky service. Friendly but broken. My visit was constant frustration from start to finish all the way down to exiting and the wrong door is unlocked forcing you to open the door that blocks the entire 3ft walkway to get in the place. I did an awkward dance with a lady trying to come in when i was leaving. The decore is nice. Coffee was mediocre, but 2 stars because it was cheap. . . .
Update 10min later** There was a substantial amount of large chunks of coffee beans at the bottom of my cup. Here’s a picture but there was much more. I swallowed them, choked and am now picking them out of my teeth.

I recently stopped here for the first time and was blown away in all aspects. The young man and young lady working were extremely respectful. Since it was my first time, they recommended items and were very patient in the process. I ordered the cinnamon and maple donuts. They were freshly baked, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Very good cake donuts. I don’t usually prefer cake donuts, but these are dense, moist, and delicious donuts. Choose whatever kind you want, they are all great. Pricing is super reasonable too. Must-try if you are in Sioux City!

Well the photo that was on Google is years old don’t know how many years but quite a few plus with the construction going on in Somers impossible to find a place but when I finally found it the donuts were delicious and perfect as always

This place needs a good one over. The food and coffee are actually pretty decent but the place is so confusing and not customer friendly. They have two places to order, they don’t have a menu out and when you ask while ordering “what breakfast wraps do you have” then they hand you a big menu. Why didn’t we see that when waiting 5 minutes in line? The decor needs a little help and coherence. The prices and food/coffee saved this place from being a one or two. Luckily that’s what matters.

It wasn’t what I typically expect from a coffee shop. It’s more like a short menu restaurant that also has some coffee. The Hot drink menu was pretty plain with the most exotic item being a steamer. I may have gone at the wrong time, but it was very loud with a lot of kids (I assume enjoying Sunday lunch and that’s great), but unexpected for a shop with a name so dedicated to coffee. I didn’t try the food so I’m just rating on the ambiance and coffee selection.

This was a cute little coffee shop service was quick and happy and the whole place smelled delicious like donuts. The decaf coffee was cold and not the greatest and the cold brew is not the best tasting I’ve ever had. Wish I had tried a pastry though.
