Very cute outside area to order. Amazing for sunny days with a few seating areas, but better for on the go. So many options and flavors to try for very reasonable pricing. Servers are nice, very good at their jobs, they are efficient in their work so not a long wait time. There are even good options for kids or caffine free people.

This is the best coffee around. I get a large 5 shot white mocha and I’m addicted. It’s the best. I come everyday. The girls are so sweet and deserve all the tips! Tip them well people ❤️❤️❤️

So, I pull in, and a waitress comes out to my car and I couldn’t see the menu so I just asked for something hot like a macchiato. A medium with 1 added shot…I get to the windows and I’m charged almost 9 dollars for 1 cup of coffee!…I noticed on the posted menu there that all the hot coffees were around 5 bucks so I asked why mine cost so much more and she said, well we don’t have macchiatos so it was a special drink. She sure could’ve told me. I told her if I’d known I would have gotten a latte for nearly half the price…I felt taken advantage of..and I love coffee, but I’m never going there again…what a bummer

I haven’t beem to Jitter bean in a long time but decided to go. I asked for 2 coffee’s and they did not give me or even offer me any coffee sleeves or coffee top covers. They older lady in there did not seem friendly whatsoever. I waited at the the window for a couple mins no one came for me to ask for those things so I left but most likely will not be returning. My co-worker had gotten me a coffee from shotz recently n it had everything they even gave him a coffee holder. The coffee was not that great either to top it off.

Drive through with extremely friendly staff and excellent coffee (or latte and mocha – available both hot or iced). Milkshakes and chocolate for the kids – great place to stop by and refill/refresh. Don’t forget to tip… 😉

My only complaint is, they didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip lol! I totally spaced that we paid card and didn’t leave a tip, so figured I could at least leave a nice review? Staff is always so sweet, and the coffee is literally the BEST in Humboldt county, hands down! I’ll be sure to tip double next time!

UPDATE-Spent 30 mins in line at 8:47 just to be told they don’t make blended drinks before 9 because it’s too time consuming and there was only 1 person behind me who had just gotten there…
I suggested they have a sign somewhere and they pointed to a tiny one right underneath the order window.

The staff is always friendly and the drinks are always awesome. I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. I’ve never tasted burnt coffee from here like I have at the big chain coffee shops. I’ll continue to make this the #1 stop for my on the go coffee.
