What a wonderful find in Montrose! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with excellent, friendly service. I tried the chicken salad and it was absolutely delicious fresh, perfectly seasoned, and so flavorful. The baked goods were incredible; every pastry and bread I sampled was fresh and tasted homemade. And I can’t forget the coffee; it was the perfect complement and absolutely delicious. Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the service was top-notch. JIHAR Bakery is a true gem, and I will definitely be back! I can see why it was voted best bakery by the community featured in Montrose daily press

Wow, this was really bad. For a lot of reasons. I rely heavily on Google reviews, but I fear that people may have given false good reviews to support the religious background that I believe is behind this bakery. In any event, here goes,
1. A single sandwich took 15 minutes with no other customers.
2. The sandwich was $13.50, and was terrible. See picture below. The tomato were two little tomato ends with no real tomato in it, it was just bread slathered with mayonnaise and maybe an ounce of meat. For $13.50.
3. I am a huge bakery lover, but not this one. The rolls were just white bread of some sort and very dry. The turnover had apple filling in it that just seemed spicy and canned. Not very tasty.
The only redeeming thing I guess was the cheese Danish which was acceptable and if all of their food was like that maybe they would have gotten 3 and 1/2 Stars or four but everything else was one to two stars.
Location is in an industrial section of town.

I am always appreciative for the little memories in life. More often than not these memories are reinforced with food (at least for me) I think you can tell a lot about a place/person by the attention to detail, effort, or simple ingredients of a dish. The pies, the brownies… The SCONES to the eggs and sandwiches. All – make me happy. Great ownership and quality service. Highly recommended!

Just stopped at Jireh, had a INSANE eggnog latte! Probably the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back. Very friendly staff and cool atmosphere!

Steamed milk was good along with customer service though not exactly welcoming. Fair pricing and great location off main strip. Easy parking. The name Jireh is Hebrew meaning “the Lord will provide”. Thought it was a name, a learning curve here. For what should be community focus, nourishment, provision, and care – there are no responses to customers feedbacks or reviews on Google. Show the love and appreciation for customers walking into your cafe for food and drink.

This is a very busy place because it has won awards for best bakery. It was my first time here but I give it a 3 mainly for things outside of the staff who are terrific and some are new so I choose to show grace. I think they need a bigger building so they can meet the demand they rightfully deserve because there isn’t a lot of parking. If you’re in a hurry this probably isn’t your place as it’s somewhat small and has no drive thru. Service was good but somewhat disjointed. I’m sure I’ll be back as both my wife and I were satisfied with our order.

The coffee, the matcha and the refreshers were all excellent! The cinnamon roll and croissant were divinely soft and delicious. Can’t wait to visit again!
