The food for the meals was solid and simple, and the drinks were very sweet. The baked goods were delicious and definitely the highlight of the food.
I would recommend stopping here if you are in the area and down for a snack — the service was so fast despite every seat downstairs being filled. A sweet gem nestled into Centreville
They play Christian music in the background which was a pleasant surprise ♥️. It’s not over bearing.
Very kid friendly. I love this if I am in Centerville. I love supporting small businesses. There are so many Korean bakeries nearby as well so support them!!!
Plenty of parking on the back.
I tried Sean’s choice breakfast sandwich, but it was merely mediocre—nothing particularly memorable about it. The coffee was just okay and seemed watered down, while the French toast was disappointing and lacked any flair. The service was slow, even though there weren’t many customers. Additionally, the baked treats on display were underwhelming, reminiscent of old-school bakery goods. With so many excellent bakery cafes in the area, I won’t be returning.
First off, the chai is DELICIOUS!! I am slightly picky about my chai (I don’t like it too spicy), and I loved theirs. I also thought the sandwich was a really good light breakfast option, and the egg was well cooked. My boyfriend also loved his whole meal.
Second, I love the Korean additions to this place — different pastries you wouldn’t see in many other cafes around here, the option for boba drinks (labeled as “milk based smoothies” — not a massive selection, but also, it’s not a boba shop so I wouldn’t expect differently), a beautiful art exhibition by a local Korean artist with her paintings available to buy. It’s so cozy and, from someone who loves visiting Asian cafes and bakeries, seems authentic! (Also, they had Christian music playing the whole time — love that!!)
Third, the cashier was so nice! He gave me a recommendation on what to get since I wanted something light. The food and drinks also came out REALLY fast. Definitely great service here!
The only complaint I’d have to say is that the parking area is pretty small and right beside a busy road, so you have to be careful going in and out when parking.
Overall a lovely experience! I’d love to visit again!
I have tried many of the pastries and have been pleased with all of them! They are so fresh and delicious! My favorites are the cream cheese turtle and the blueberry sorbo.
The coffee is also excellent, it’s not often that I find espresso good enough to drink with no sugar or cream necessary, but their skilled baristas can make it! I have also had a green smoothie from them which was delicious and healthy. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. I would love to have an event to serve one of their cakes for because they always look stunning when I go in.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ , I will be back again and again!
