Jinzakaya is an amazing all you can eat restaurant! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick food comes out fast without ever compromising quality. Every dish is packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and definitely worth every penny. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual dinner or a night out with friends. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food, great service, and an overall fantastic dining experience.

Jinzakaya is a decent spot for all you can eat sushi. The fish was fresh and most of our food came quickly which was great. The rolls didn’t have too much rice either which we prefer, but nothing we ate stood out to us. We were also a bit disappointed by the lack of torched sushi and rolls. All the workers were super friendly and welcoming, which created an inviting atmosphere. Not a bad spot for sushi and it was worth a try, but we wouldn’t come back.

Busy place! Usually you’ll have a 5 to 20 minute wait, but they’ll call you when your table is open, which is nice. Suuuper tasty, and extremely efficient! All-you-can-eat is the way to go. The food is always beautiful, tasty, fast and satisfying. Staff is friendly, and the while experience is great overall.

Jinzakaya and Kinka Izakaya are Waterloo staples – 5 years ago, I savoured every chance I got to eat at these restaurants! Still amazing AYCE spots, but I’m probably just not built to take full advantage of the massive menu here. We came around lunch time and ordered the dinner menu, since there are a couple cannot-be-missed dishes that aren’t on the lunch menu. Their strength compared to other AYCE restaurants is definitely their non-sushi options – the carpaccio, skewers, grilled shrimp, steamed egg, and beef roll with enoki mushroom are some of my favourites.

I think the only thing that gives me pause is the price tag – $40.99 is a lot, especially for a student. You would have to really stuff yourself to make that value worth it. I do wish they had a couple of the chef favourites on the lunch menu so that people trying to have a cheaper meal could also try those items.

Overall, it’s probably still the best AYCE sushi in Waterloo. The quality is great and the dishes are tasty. Service was also pretty good, they have you write your order on a paper. I think one or two items were missed but we had no issue with following up on them.

It was OK, they’re very busy, not necessarily in a good way. But the service of the employees was fantastic. I could have done with more explanation, especially because that was my first time there. The food was good, but for some reason, I do not like sesame on my sushi and they had sesame and all their sushi Rolls

The quality of the food isn’t worth the price – We go to ‘all you can eat’ spots all the time, you can get the same thing elsewhere for half the cost.

Overall, $52 a per person for Mid food. Would not recommend. You can go to DOWNTOWN Toronto, get fantastic quality, have a view of the city core from 15 floors above, and still pay much less.

The service wasn’t great either – you’d think with 15% gratuity added to a group of 4, you wouldn’t wait 20min for your first server to come by – then continually rush you, and take menus and papers away through the meal.

My top place to go for sushi AYCE in town. They are super speedy once seated and they have never missed when it comes to food quality. Always pleased to get invited out and hear this is where we are going. If you dont want sashimi their lunch menu still has a lot of peoples faves for a slightly more affordable price

Sometimes there is a wait but I feel like they usually over-estimate how long it will take and they will say for example “30 minutes” and you will be sitting getting your first round of sushi in 15 mins

Good service, good food for AYCE, decent seating atmosphere. Price is fair as well. Salmon nigiri was quite good here, and also the beef short ribs. The exact same quality as it’s sister restaurant.

Absolutely the best sushi/ayce sushi I’ve ever had!!!!!!
Normally we only go for lunch, but tonight (July 29, 2024) we went for dinner. And as usual it was amazing!!!!!
We were too busy enjoying the food to take photos. At the end of our dinner we slowed down and took a couple photos.
