Reviews
Ramen bowls had exquisite flavors with real depth. The Tan Tan Men and Spicy chicken (spice level: SPICY) were both right on. Definitely a place to visit on my next trip through Denver.
I chose the Birria ramen and it was so delicious that it left me wanting more! The big noodles paired so well with the Birria and all the flavors were strong! I want this ramen every time!
One downside, it was so loud that I couldn’t hear anything. Felt like we were yelling across the table to talk and I felt bad because I couldn’t hear the waitress and she probably thought we were ignoring her. The waitress kept my Coke Zero full and made sure our food was what we wanted.
The food was absolutely amazing and perfect on a cold day! Would come back and recommend.
Wonderful service and attentive staff.
Larry the server was wonderful! Highly recommended dining venue.
Larry our server was very professional, courteous, and attentive. He came by regularly and topped our drinks off. Made plenty of recommendations. He also hooked us up with ice cream.
Cleanliness: 5/5
Notes: very clean store, clean plates and utensils, cups are clean, water cup has no smell
Presentation: 5/5
Notes: everything was very clean and well plated, great aesthetic and great for photos.
Proportion: 4.5/5
Notes: happy hour menu well worth the price for proportion. Takoyaki was a bang for your buck. Like most ramen places never enough char siu.
Taste/Flavor: 5/5
Notes: very authentic taste, super clean and fresh ingredients, everything well seasoned and palatable. Reviews do not lie here.
Value: 4.8/5
Notes: happy hour well worth it!! Kids menu was excellent for what you pay for. You pay for the quality you get here.
The restaurant’s vibe strikes a great balance between casual energy and clean design. Warm woods, dark accents, and smart lighting make it feel cozy without being fussy—perfect whether you’re stopping in solo or with a group.
The heart of the experience, of course, is the ramen. Broths range from rich, creamy tonkotsu to lighter chicken or vegetable options, and you’re free to personalize your bowl with extras like seasoned eggs, additional proteins, and spice levels. Their noodle texture is thoughtfully calibrated, and the toppings feel intentional and fresh. (I caught hints of melt-in-your-mouth chashu, crisp garlic, green onions, and bold seasoning.)
Other menu components hold their own. The bao buns are fluffy and flavorful, and small plates or sushi offerings add variety if you want more than just noodles. Drinks—especially sake, Japanese whiskey, or a well-paired beer—also support the meal rather than compete with it.
Service is friendly and efficient, and even with customization, the flow from order to table feels smooth.
All told, JINYA delivers a ramen experience in downtown Denver that’s both comforting and elevated—ideal when you’re in the mood for something warm, satisfying, and a little more than your average noodle shop.
