Jinya is a new favorite of ours, we had the pleasure of taking our daughter here for the first time last night and really enjoyed ourselves. The highlight was definitely the broths and all the fantastic flavors. We had a party of 8 and basically tried a little bit of everything. The group highly recommends the Garlic Fried Rice, Birria Ramen and Pork Chashu Bowl. This space is perfect for a date night with its dark lighting and deep house vibes. They also have a great happy hour for apps and drinks. The music was right up our alley and the Jinya atmosphere really hits you as you walk in the door. Can’t wait to come back

Love this ramen place. I got the spicy chicken ramen and it was so flavorful with just the right amount of spice. My husband got the original black tonkotsu and the broth had so much depth. Everything was great, especially the leechitini. They have really fun cocktails. I got the matcha tiramisu as well and it was so creamy and delicious. I’m very impressed with everything given that Jinya is chain. This one has to be my favorite.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and WOW that was the right choice! Prompt and knowledgeable service by Jade. The kitchen delivered our Jinya Buns quickly and the only problem was that I didn’t order more.
Ramen bowls had exquisite flavors with real depth. The Tan Tan Men and Spicy chicken (spice level: SPICY) were both right on. Definitely a place to visit on my next trip through Denver.

It was cold day and the ramen warm our belly’s and our hearts! We came around 4pm with 4 people on a Monday and were sat immediately! We liked the different levels of heat you can choose for your meal, I can’t do spicy so I chose mild and happy I did because it was so flavorful!

I chose the Birria ramen and it was so delicious that it left me wanting more! The big noodles paired so well with the Birria and all the flavors were strong! I want this ramen every time!

One downside, it was so loud that I couldn’t hear anything. Felt like we were yelling across the table to talk and I felt bad because I couldn’t hear the waitress and she probably thought we were ignoring her. The waitress kept my Coke Zero full and made sure our food was what we wanted.

The food was absolutely amazing and perfect on a cold day! Would come back and recommend.

Amazing atmosphere and food. Only complaint is it’s a little dark inside. Difficult to see menu without additional lighting from phone/flashlight.
Wonderful service and attentive staff.
Larry the server was wonderful! Highly recommended dining venue.

Method of order: dine-in
Larry our server was very professional, courteous, and attentive. He came by regularly and topped our drinks off. Made plenty of recommendations. He also hooked us up with ice cream.

Cleanliness: 5/5
Notes: very clean store, clean plates and utensils, cups are clean, water cup has no smell

Presentation: 5/5
Notes: everything was very clean and well plated, great aesthetic and great for photos.

Proportion: 4.5/5
Notes: happy hour menu well worth the price for proportion. Takoyaki was a bang for your buck. Like most ramen places never enough char siu.

Taste/Flavor: 5/5
Notes: very authentic taste, super clean and fresh ingredients, everything well seasoned and palatable. Reviews do not lie here.

Value: 4.8/5
Notes: happy hour well worth it!! Kids menu was excellent for what you pay for. You pay for the quality you get here.

We had dinner at JINYA Ramen Bar and it was a great time. Their menu has a lot to offer and amazing flavors. Our service was fast and friendly and he was able to answer questions and provided suggestions. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dark but cozy. The pot stickers and macha tiramisu were great add ons as well.

The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. All of the food is delicious. My friends and I all got a separate ramen and each had its special different taste. Mia was our server and she was very attentive and super fun and nice. Was on it with whatever we needed. 10/10 recommend dining in again

If you’re craving a comforting, flavorful bowl of ramen right at Denver’s Union Station, JINYA Ramen Bar hits the mark with style, substance, and soul.

The restaurant’s vibe strikes a great balance between casual energy and clean design. Warm woods, dark accents, and smart lighting make it feel cozy without being fussy—perfect whether you’re stopping in solo or with a group.

The heart of the experience, of course, is the ramen. Broths range from rich, creamy tonkotsu to lighter chicken or vegetable options, and you’re free to personalize your bowl with extras like seasoned eggs, additional proteins, and spice levels. Their noodle texture is thoughtfully calibrated, and the toppings feel intentional and fresh. (I caught hints of melt-in-your-mouth chashu, crisp garlic, green onions, and bold seasoning.)

Other menu components hold their own. The bao buns are fluffy and flavorful, and small plates or sushi offerings add variety if you want more than just noodles. Drinks—especially sake, Japanese whiskey, or a well-paired beer—also support the meal rather than compete with it.

Service is friendly and efficient, and even with customization, the flow from order to table feels smooth.

All told, JINYA delivers a ramen experience in downtown Denver that’s both comforting and elevated—ideal when you’re in the mood for something warm, satisfying, and a little more than your average noodle shop.
