My experience at JINYA Ramen Bar in Sandy Springs was pretty chill overall. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a great atmosphere—modern, relaxed, and perfect for dining in without feeling rushed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which definitely made the visit more enjoyable.
As for the ramen, it was decent but could have used more flavor and depth in the broth. It wasn’t bad by any means, just a bit underwhelming compared to what I was expecting. With a little more seasoning or richness, it could really stand out. Overall, it’s a nice spot with good vibes and solid service, and I’d be open to coming back to try another menu item or see if the flavors improve.

I’ve been a regular customer at Jinya for a long time, both dining in and ordering takeout, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
I ordered the Impossible Rice Bowl for $10, and what I received was unacceptable. The bowl was mostly rice, with an absurdly small amount of chickpeas—you could literally count them. On top of that, the bowl was nearly half empty.
I expect reasonable portions and consistency, not a bowl that looks unfinished.

Hit JINYA Ramen Bar (Sandy Springs) and everything landed. Takoyaki was crisp outside, creamy inside; gyoza well-seared and juicy. We tried two ramen (names escape me)—one rich and the other lighter—both with springy noodles and balanced toppings. Quick service, lively vibe, fair prices. Strong 4.5/5; would return.

As i have never had Ramen before I the food , gave it 4 * cause I could taste a bit of fish in the broth, I guess it may be common for Raman . Staff was welcoming and the Service was very fast and friendly, it was a cosey place and busy for a Wednesday evening. There is free parking available outside , but being a busy area be prepared to park far too .

Jinya is one of my favorites. The food is always consistent in flavor and quality. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad dish. Crispy rice with spicy tuna is delicious (one of the best). Impossible bun and tacos are amazing, I don’t know how they make them so flavorful. Also, the Jinya bun is wonderful. Flying V harvest ramen is delicious. I’m not vegan, but the options here are just so good. Tempura Brussel sprouts were really good, we ordered ours with spicy mayo and it was the perfect addition. Also, always have to get the green tea and chocolate mochi because it’s perfection. We tried the matcha tiramisu this time as well and it was amazing of course. And don’t forget about their 3 table sauces, especially the seasoning sauce!

Great customer service, our server was incredibly attentive gave us suggestions for drinks and entrees. Got a few cocktails, beers, ramen and a karage appetizer with my wife. Ramen was flavorful, pork and egg was perfectly cooked. We enjoyed it and will be back.

Another one bites the dust. I’ll admit: it’s been a year or so since I went to a Jinya location last, and they’ve certainly changed their vegetarian ramen bowls. They used to have one veggie broth that wasn’t heat-spicy. Sadly, that is no longer the case: they’ve fallen into the “vegetarian food needs to have heat to be tasty” trap that so many restaurants have found. So it’s off my list. The other half of my party loved their ramen, though, finding it flavorful and satisfying—and without an overwhelming amount of heat.
