Our experience at this establishment was exceptional. This is arguably the most authentic Japanese ramen we have found outside of Japan. For those who, like us, miss the unique culinary experiences of Japan, this restaurant offers a transporting experience.

We visited here on a whim during our stopover. Our waiter was more than helpful. I tried the JINYA Tonkotsu Black and my friend tried the Wonton Chicken Ramen. We enjoyed them both and this was just what we needed on a cold day. We also tried the Edamame and JINYA bun as starters. We order 2 Jinya buns as one order only includes one piece. The pork was a bit on the tough side, and not as tender, but it had a good taste to it. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and we were satisfied.

I chose to eat here for a night out with my 2yr old girl. The choice was due to the kids meal having soup, rice, chicken, and french fries. All her favorite. The waitress offered to have only noodles in her soup and put the other ingredients on the side. This now added a side of corn which is another favorite of my daughter’s. The kids soup came right out. She enjoyed eating noodles and dancing to the music. Then the rest of her food came. I also ordered her a mocktail, which she loved. She ate her fries and corn, then took her time eating the loli pop that was included. By now it had been quite some time, so her ice cream came out. She ate that, and then proceeded to eat the chicken with ketchup. She enjoyed herself so much that we spent nearly 2 hours nibbling and sipping. The server was very attentive. Best dining experience with my daughter yet.

Food is fantastic! I’ve tried some of the best ramen and chashu rice bowls here, and the attention to detail is spot on. I like Takoyaki, though other appetizers aren’t my thing.
Atmosphere is very calm, except for when they play loud music on weekend evenings.
The staff and service are excellent. It’s a great place for family and friends to get together, as well as for date nights.
I’ll definitely be back for more.

I always love coming to JINYA, the staff and atmosphere completes the food experience. Especially when being taken care of by Gabriella ^^ she was so sweet and attentive, her smile made my night<3
I can tell she’s a very hard worker, no excuses and always on her feet. I’m sure my experience would’ve still been excellent had been attended by a different server, but she’s by far my favorite<3

I had lunch here today – vegetarian gyozas and chicken spicy ramen – and everything was very good. Simply, a very good ramen, nothing spectacular, but it had everything what is needed (I recommend to add egg). Also gyozas were very good. Big “plus” for 3 types of sauces on the table that let you add “hotness” to a dish. Service was super nice. One small drawback, I asked my ramen to be served after dumplings, and it came literally 5 mins later, not letting me eat my starter before ramen cools down, but it didn’t impact the overall great experience there.

I have been to JINYA before but this time I went alone for lunch and they have a great deal. My server’s name is Gabriella she’s a gem. First server to mention the rewards program. Which I was unaware of and have missed out on previous points but glad to be enrolled now. She checked on me the perfect amount of times and suggested the new items on the menu. Great food and the Karage Chicken Ramen is my current fave.

Went there poorly timed as it was homecoming for local highschool. Restaurant was empty but needed reservation. Came back at 8 for our reservation. We requested a booth and instead got a table next to a bunch of high school kids. Unfortunate but not the end of the world. Server seemed to forget that we existed several times. Had to flag her down each time she came to the table. She then disappeared with my card for 10 minutes. Wanted to leave but was stuck waiting for her to get back. Ramen was mid and music sounded terrible on repeat.
