Kinda mad I’m just learning about this place. It was excellent. Staff are friendly and lots of hustle, birria ramen was outstanding rich broth and shredded delicious, tonkatsu black was super flavorful, and prices very reasonable. Great vibes inside. Parking is tricky on weekends if pay lot is full, but that isn’t Jinya’s fault. 100% recommend.

Nice and efficient service the staff is really good, although the ramen we got was very tasty we wasn’t 100% satisfied with it. We thought it was slightly to salty and not as balanced as we a used it with this price. Although, they had many interesting items on their menu, I’d love to try their biff ramen next time.

My son who frequents here describes this place as REAL Ramen. He tells me the place I have gone to a couple of times is trash. So I HAD to give it a try. I must say, the food was really good. Coming to JINYA Ramen Bar – Poncey Highland was a good move. I have already told some friends to come give you guys a try. Overall, it did not disappoint. The only disappointment was our server initially was great with the recommendations and helping us choose our meals. But slowly, he did not tend to us as much and we had to wait long periods of time to get items we’d asked for. Another guy ended up being extremely helpful instead. I wish I’d gotten his name to put here.

I enjoy this place. It seem a little cramped but comfortable. The food is very delicious and satisfying. I recommend giving them a try and definitely try the creamy shrimp tempura.

I visited JINYA in Atlanta and ordered ramen, which was really good. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The portion size was filling and hit the spot. The service was okay — nothing bad, just not overly memorable. Overall, it’s a solid spot for ramen in ATL, and I’d definitely come back for the food

Just had a really disappointing experience here, which is a shame because I was super excited to try it. The food we did get was good, but half of what we ordered never came. Our server, Brady, never brought the drink we ordered, never refilled our waters, and never checked on us. Even after we told him we never got the crispy rice with tuna, he still didn’t bring it. Thirty minutes later, nothing. No apology, no effort. He didn’t seem busy either, just standing around the computers most of the time.
The table next to us was also complaining about the service and food. When we finally asked for the check, it included everything we never received, including the crispy rice, second salmon sushi, and the Diet Coke. When we mentioned it, he just said he’d take it off, still showing no concern at all. Overall, a really weird and disappointing experience. We left feeling unhappy and still hungry.

I got level 6 of Tonkatsu Pork Red ramen, brussel sprouts tempura, Creamy spicy shrimp tempura. They were all amazing!!! The spicy level was perfect for me, sweating a lot, I love it!! There was a little wait but totally worth it. We got really good service. We were there hanging out on weekend, the place was packed. They also have outdoor area for good weather day. This is the taste I have been looking for a ramen place in Atlanta.

Don’t take me wrong, I love this restaurant, food is delicious but this week I had de “chicken salad” what a fiasco, I can tell that this is not a salad and chicken is poor, a lot of onions. I can’t believe I paid $10 bks for that. The worst is that the description doesn’t guide .. or just guides you to make that mistake, so done get the “chicken salad” or do but judge my pic first.

Visited this location yesterday, and the service was great, and the food was really amazing!
Mostly everything was made fresh in-house. The Tonkotsu Red and Pork Gyoza were my favorite.
They also have a new ramen, Tokyo-Yatai, and give out a Demon Slayer spoon when you order it.
Definitely will come back next week to try it out
