Camila was out server. She answered all our questions and gave awesome suggestions. We are the birria raman, salmon poke tacos, and chicken chashu rice bowl. We were not disappointed. I always love a fun fusion restaurant, and Jinya checked all the boxes. Great vibe, great servers, great food. So glad we just stopped in before a concert.

I always love a good vegan ramen bowl at Jinya, I’ve come so often that I’ve stopped counting by now.
I brought my partner for him to discover and he was really impressed with the chicken ramen and tokiyaki. The litchi cocktail was also delicious. We had a very lovely evening, apart from the fact that his ramen were not spicy enough and mine were too spicy! many thanks to our waitress for bringing me some milk and cream….
I had heard from other people that the quality of the ramen bowls can vary, but so far I’ve never had that problem and all that I’ve brought to Jinya have left very full and happy.

It was a pleasant experience, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming.
The host and waiters were super friendly, super nice everyone was really nice. Thank you Ms.Joaquin, for making our experience enjoyable.
The restaurant was tidy and clean.
Talking about the food: I ordered,
● Beef birria ramen: it was dilecious, a little salty for me but it was dilecious.
● Spicy chicken ramen with a side of crispy chicken and salad: it was surprisingly delicious, chicken was crispy and the salad was fresh.
● Crispy chicken wings: could be crispier and more flavorful but I guess you should dip it in the souce that comes with it. I mean it could be much better.
● Match tiramisu: it is ok, I expected more, I would say more match flavor, less cheese.
Food quality was great, survise was really good and fast.

Would I come back? Yes, I would definitely be coming back and strongly recommend it.

First off, Jen was phenomenal! Not only was she personable and excited about our first time here, but she was honest and sincere as well. She recommended some menu items and we followed her lead, which leads me to my second point,
Dinner was fantastic. Sushi, Sake, and more. We gobbled it down in minutes! Marinated eggs, PERFECT. Salmon rolls, divine.

Went here late at night since most other places were already closed, and honestly this was the perfect spot. I got the Original Tonkotsu Red — bold flavors, rich broth, and amazing texture in every sip. Exactly the kind of comforting, flavorful ramen you crave after a long day.
We also ordered three appetizers:
• Impossible Bun – soft, flavorful, and surprisingly good.
• Pork Gyoza – crispy, juicy, perfectly pan-seared.
• Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice – great balance of heat and crunch.
Drinks were on point too — especially the Smoked Old Fashioned, which was smooth and beautifully presented.
Service was quick and friendly, and the overall vibe was perfect for a late-night meal. Definitely a solid ramen spot in DC!

Loved the atmosphere! From the architecture to the absolute summer dance bangers they played on the speakers. Loved the food! It was filling and flavorful! Nancy gave great service! She was a very kind server!

Not up to standard with a decent bowl of ramen, the edamame was overcooked, and our waitress was lowkey rude/unattentive (Paris) Service was slow despite them not being busy….. I’m surprised by the high reviews but now I realize it is because they offered free dessert if you left a review. :/ I got the Tokyo Yatai Ramen and honestly, you would expect better from a place that charges $20+ for a bowl!!!!! Will not be returning 🙁 Ambiance is nice tho and bar drinks are decent.

We got the prettiest seats up on the second floor overlooking the city. It was pretty busy but the service was great and the food was excellent! Our server Camilla was the sweetest and was understanding with my indescisiveness.

Zakiyah and Brenda were an absolute delight as my bartender/ waitress. They both were welcoming, attentive, and an all around pleasure! This restaurant found gems with these two ladies!! Hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had!! Rich, flavorful broth with just the right amount of heat and depth. The noodles had that perfect chewy bite, and every topping felt intentional. The gyoza were spot on: crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. But the real star? The pork bun. Soft, pillowy, and packed with that melt in your mouth pork!! Absolute Heaven!!
Service was friendly and fast, and the vibe inside was warm and energetic without feeling rushed. JINYA definitely delivers on every level. A must try for ramen lovers!
