We were in Fairfax for a soccer tournament and found Jinya for lunch for our family. This was the tastiest Ramen I have ever had. The broth was so savory and the fried chicken in the one that we ordered was cooked to perfection. The egg that is in the Ramen tasted like it was smoked with flavor and melted in your mouth. We also enjoyed the potstickers as an appetizer. Great vibe, great service and amazing atmosphere!

Jacob our server was very knowledgeable and super attentive to our needs and wants. We were seated in the upstairs section which made it a very cozy/lounge atmosphere. I am a vegan for 13 years and Jinya has a great array of options that caters to my diet. I’m a repeat customer for a long time. Jacob is very attentive and so is management. Rafael, the GM, he also makes rounds checking on us repeatedly all the way through. Great staff.

Best Ramen I’ve ever had. I ordered the Tsunami White Pearl. It was so good. The flavor was non stop. Made perfect. We also had the crispy chicken small plate and they were so good. Amazing food. I had the california poke. My friend had the flying vegan harvest. Everything was fresh. Jacob is a great waiter. He was fast, got everything right, and made sure to refill our drinks. Very professional. We sat on the patio which has community seating around a fireplace so we can people watch in the Mosaic.

JINYA ramen bar a totally different concept when you hear ramen soup this bar is a great place to have a nice time with family or friends, the food totally delicious the taste totally original and fresh. our appetizers were shrimp tempura, crispy Chicken, Pork Gyoza, our noodles soup Spicy Chicken Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen and of course the delicious Panna Cotta dessert. excellent service Thomas was our waiter with enthusiasm and respect.
