My family and I just went to Jinya for lunch, and it was AMAZING! Being vegan, it is not easy finding ramen restaurant that offers vegan ramen, especially more than one type of vegan ramen, and Jinya has 3! On top of that they have so many vegan appetizers, it’s crazy!

What a great place! Hidden Gem. Once you walk inside, you are welcomed to a cozy, clean , and happening Ramen Restaurant. The service was friendly and top-notch. They have a full bar, and the food was great. I got the Jinya Chicken Ramen Spicy and I would definitely order that again. The chicken was tender, ramen perfectly cooked, and soup was perfectly flavorful and spiced to perfection.

Strip mall ramen place. Service was good. The atmosphere was nice. Bathrooms are clean except no toilet paper. Ramen was good, not great. The chicken was great. Edamame was good.

We love Jinya! Haven’t been since we left Oklahoma, so got excited to stop by this location. The chicken ramen and spicy chicken ramen are my favorite choices, and I love to add a seasoned egg. This location was very clean and we had a great visit.

First timers. Was definitely good! Andrew, our server, was very helpful and assisted us with our choices. Not too pricey either.

Solid food and service make this place a great spot to take friends or grab a quiet lunch. Coming recommend to my wife, JINYA was a ramen bar we knew we needed to experience. We went during lunch, so it was quiet and we got a table right away. The place is dim, warm and welcoming with Japanese-inspired decor and wooden tables accenting the bar that runs along the edge of the restaurant. The appetizers range from $6-$12, BAO buns run about $7 each. You can xpect to pay north of $15 for any bowl of ramen. Prices aren’t too bad and the quality was on par. The BAO buns were delicious and balanced well with creamy sauces and fresh veggies. The corn and jalapeno appetizer was unique, but didn’t have much flavor. I’ll be honest, as a man who has a “ramen cabinet” at my house, I take my ramen seriously and this place’s ramen is decent. I’ve had much better elsewhere, but let’s break it down. I got the premium tonkatsu red with chashu and all the typical fixings. The broth was lacking and didn’t taste premium, but the chashu was outstanding. The noodles tasted like they get them pre-made and just warm them up and put them in the broth. Don’t get me wrong; it was decent tasting, but I was expecting more for $18. My wife got the black tonkatsu and much better broth, but nothing that couldn’t be achieved by different instant noodles I’ve had. Now let’s talk sauces on the table. The hot sauce was a good chili sauce and the gyoza smelled a bit sweet but I didn’t try it. BUT, the seasoning sauce has my heart! We could both literally drank it and because of it’s umami flavor it really lifted the ramen broths to a new level! Definitely try it! The staff is great, friendly and our waiter (can’t remember his name!) even helped me figure out what was in the seasoning sauce I liked. This place is clean, has fresh and tasty food and does it pretty well. Might not be my favorite ramen bar ever, but definitely a legit place!

Noticed this place has more stars than my go-to ramen place down the street(Yoshiharu) so we came to try it out and was sadly disappointment.

This place is absolutely awesome. I don’t even like vegetarian food but the impossible tacos are amazing.

Not sure why this place has no reviews, it’s been open a year! Popular ramen franchise across the country, I’ve had them in several Texas locations and now CA which I believe is the home location. They are consistent in quality and flavor across locations. They are Very friendly to vegans, with their broth even being vegan where many vegetable ramen may still use beef bone broth. They also carry a delightful gluten free noodle option, and an entire gluten free ramen bowl; although note there is risk of cross contamination as they don’t prevent contact with gluten containing items or surfaces. I have celiacs and had no issues but it’s an eat at your own risk affair. Still happy to have a gluten free ramen option. They have a delicious guava cider from Ace on tap too!
