This was my first time going to JINYA ramen bar! Loy was absolutely amazing he made great recommendations he was super friendly and attentive and his service overall was the best I’ve ever had, it was exceptional! I had the ramen lunch special which is the tonkotsu ramen black with the B option the J girl and yuzu Aladdin (was amazing btw and recommended to me by Loy) JINYA bun and the Takoyaki which came out piping hot! Everything tasted amazing the ramen was so good I did love the ramen bar seating they have a modest dining area with a bar for alcohol and another bar where I had my ramen. I do think the hostess was upset that I wanted to switch from booth to the bar which was kind of off putting but I did apologize for wanting to switch ….but after meeting Loy and receiving his service I will definitely be going back between Loy and the food I can’t decide which was better but I’ll be going back for sure!!!! Thank you Loy!

Food was delicious. LOVE the Vegetarian options. We tried as many as we could and it was perfect. Garlic rice with egg, Spicy Creamy Ramen (favorite) 2 gyoza plates, Brussels tempura, Flying V Ramen, etc. Derek was excellent and such fast service. Somehow he’s always there taking care of us

11/15/25: Cool place. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because the drinks were a bit tame (matcha lychee lemonade & kiwi sparkler), in that they did not have a lot of flavor. I wonder if their alcoholic drinks would be better.
Service? Very good. Our server, Phillip, was friendly & had plenty to say when we asked questions about this or that.
Food? Flavorful, plentiful, and tasty. We ordered appetizers (JINYA bun, edamame, pork gyoza, nikuman). The buns were light & fluffy, the meat tender, edamame excellently salted.
I do not like seafood so was a little worried about being able to find something edible for me; there was no problem. Substitutions are allowed, if not even encouraged. The JINYA tonkotsu black & pork chashu bowls were ordered. Both were wonderful.
Desserts were the mixed mochi ice cream and matcha green tea tiramisu. I loved how the tiramisu came out in a small wood box. That was a first for me, & what a great way to stand out.
Ambiance? Every time customers walked in the door, the staff shouted what I believe was something akin to “glad you’re here”; when someone walked out the door, the staff shouted “arigato” (thank you). We’re trying not to take it personally that no one shouted when we left. Ha! It was a bustling Saturday evening, though, so the staff probably just missed us. 🙂
It was a bright, clean, and airy restaurant; unfortunately, the outside patio was unavailable due to sprinkling. Even the bathroom was fancy.

Thank you for the continued great service Derek! All dishes have been delicious. Today I noticed how clean the restaurant is but also how clean the kitchen staff is (my fam works in the food industry and I was impressed). Try the impossible gyoza!

Such high quality and flavor filled ramen! We also got the Jinya Buns which have a huge chunk of pork and the steam bun was perfect! (Parking lot is small but lots of street parking available to the side.) Service was speedy! Big thanks to our waiter Derek for making the whole experience awesome for our out-of-town dinner!

What a great find! The ramen place I used to go to has slipped in recent years, so I have been looking for another go-to place for a while now. This is the place!
Cool atmosphere, nice staff, and such great soup. I’m a bit of a tan tan men snob, and the bowl here is easily in the top 5 of all time. Not too salty, the right amount of spice and perfectly cooked noodles. I’m so happy!
