Delicious woodear appetizer and lamb dishes, noodles are great. We can tell that the crew has put in good effort for the restaurant. These dishes make regular and wonderful lunch in the neighborhood.

Delicious!!!
I ordered knife cut noodles for my traditional beef noodle soup. The beef was extremely flavorful and tender – not dry at all.
The pan fried buns were super fluffy and crispy!

All in all, I will enjoy coming back for more. Great noodle, fast service. They made noodle fresh right after I ordered it.

Beef noodle soup – thick noodle. One of the BEST texture of noodle I’ve had. I ordered thick and the texture was perfect. Soup wise is like other similar beef noodle place (not the taiwanese ones). Beef is flavorful but pretty thinly sliced.

Beef fried rice – When I looked at the photo on menu, it was so white I didn’t want to order it. But my wife wanted fried rice so we did. Turn out, it’s nicely flavored and better color while frying with soy sauce.

The fresh hand pulled noodles are perfectly cooked to the right texture and chew. The broth is tasty and the colors are well represented. Good La Zhou Lamian.

The food was very good quality and well priced- service from staff very good. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant – it’s clean and table condiments are beautifully arranged. Only reason food got 4.5 instead of 5 of of 5 was the dumpling were a little saltier than I liked and the burger the pork burger didn’t seem to have any sauce or seasoning in it, which was odd because I’ve had that dish in the past elsewhere and it had sauce, but overall it was very tasty

Came to dine in and there were several tables open. We scanned the QR code to order. Wide noodle in the brisket noodle soup was good. I liked the knife cut in the oil noodles. I also enjoyed the coffee with milk tea

As for Lanzhou (city in China) style type of noodles, Jinweide is adequate. These types of both/noodles tend to be lighter in taste and Jinweide feels authentic. We had the beef noodle combo $20, zha jiang (fried sauce) noodles $15 and spicy oil dumplings $15. The food tasted clean and was OK. Ordering is done via QR code. There weren’t options to get the wider or thicker noodles, only the skinny type. The three little sides that came with the beef combo noodles were great. The noodles were only so-so. It was one long noodle. We had to ask for scissors and had to add more chili oil to everything as it was not spicy enough. For the zha jiang (fried sauce) noodles, there was no sauce! It is just topped with minced pork and a watery soup on the bottom. I would have preferred a caramelize tasting black bean sauce. As for service, both the kitchen and wait staff was fast. I did have to re-fill my own water as they don’t do that.
