Congratulations, you’ve just found the best food and dining experience in Sebring! We have dined at places all over Florida and this is easily one of the best places we have here not just in Sebring but in Central Florida! Between the atmosphere (the decorations are so beautiful and place is very clean), the friendly and professional staff, the extremely kind and welcoming owner and last but not least the delicious food- you have found your favorite dining spot in Sebring. There is nothing like it here and we have been in dire need of a good date night place. This is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience. We had the hot pot stews both the regular and the spicy and the broth on both is divine. So flavorful and perfectly balanced with a generous portion. Be careful with the Fuji Apple sake as it is just as delicious it’s basically a grown up apple juice it goes down too easily. The fried cheesecake had us rolling ourselves out the door. We’re going to sleep amazing tonight. 100/10 thank you for having us, our service with Karen was excellent! If you are in Sebring and haven’t stopped by this place you are missing out.

It was my first time at Jinsoo Kitchen and I was honestly impressed from start to finish. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the variety of food was amazing – there’s something for everyone. Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. I also loved that they have boba tea, which was a huge bonus. The atmosphere has a great vibe, very welcoming and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Having a fancy for sashimi, I had to try the Jinsoo Poke bowl with TOP QUALITY Tuna sashimi. They have the option of sushi rice or quinoa but had just sold out of the quinoa before I could order it with my bowl. The edamame was Amazing as were all the other items in the bowl! The free trial appetizer was a seaweed salad, kimchi, and an octopus/squid dish along with the chips and sauce.
This is a GREAT Establishment and they have such an entertaining television playing a cooking channel for the foods they serve. The atmosphere was pretty CHILL too!

This is unbelievably amazing especially in Sebring. Food was delicious and great portion sizes. Ambience was very nice. I would’ve liked if there was some music playing. I went on Friday night and it was packed, food took quite some time to come out. Appetizers came out after the entree but I didn’t mind because it was so good

We loved everything! The Kalbi was delicious, beef short ribs nicely marinated with tons of veggies underneath. The original k-wings had a subtle, tasty marinade,were perfectly battered and sooo juicy, but we need to try them at the restaurant next time to get that crispy crunch and also a spicier version now that we’ve tasted the base marinade on the chicken. My wife and I went to Jinsoo for our anniversary dinner and WOW, we loved it! Easily the best sushi we’ve ever had in Sebring. Asian restaurants have tried to make it in Sebring before and haven’t lasted, but this place is different!
We had the Gyoza (dumplings) and they were to die for, and the spicy edamame was spot on too. Crazy part is, they’re only in their soft launch right now, so if there are any little mistakes, give them grace, they’re just getting started. But honestly, we didn’t have a single issue. Everything was great and we felt right at home.
Can’t wait to go back and see this place thrive. Sebring really needed a spot like this!

We had an amazing experience at this place. Every single dish we ordered was absolutely delicious: gyoza, orange chicken, grilled chicken hot bowl, 3 sushi rolls combo (spicy tuna, bbq eel, philly), blueberry bobba tea, and a tray of free appetizers. Service was outstanding, the atmosphere was really good inside, but we decided to be seated outside and was a good decision. This is definitely our new favorite asian food place!

I’m obsessed. I have ordered from here a few times. Amazing Udon noodles, had the best steak bowl dinner tonight, I can’t wait to try their sushi. Sat outside on the patio it’s such good ambiance. Such hospitable staff.
