This was my girlfriend and I’s first time eating at Jin Jin. The dining room and kitchen from what I could see looked very clean. The staff was friendly and they prepared our food relatively quick. Price was good as well. We go home and eat our food. Everything is good UNTIL I got to the shrimp egg roll. First couple of bites were decent, the next one I took I had something hard crunch between my teeth. I dig it out to find a sharp piece of metal was in my mouth. And this wasn’t aluminum foil or something soft, it was hard like it came from a can or something sturdy. Either way, that completely turned me off, I had never had metal in my food before. Please be careful, these guys are cooking the food fast and I mean fast because our food came out in less than 20 minutes. Otherwise nice place and nice people, but definitely need to be more careful and safe when they cook food

Not sure why Jin Jin’s has 3.4 stars, but my husband and I absolutely love it. We’ve never had a bad experience and the food is always fresh and steaming hot AND they’re generous with the portions. Nice little family owned restaurant., they are always so sweet. We love the Singapore noodles and always try something different when we get takeout. Our Christmas meal was 10/10, grateful.

Kung Pao chicken is my favorite Chinese dish. It’s made with stir fried chicken and a spicy sauce with some vegetables. Of all the Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in my life, this is the first time I’ve had Kung Pao chicken that was breaded and deep fried instead of the traditional method of stir frying the chicken. This is more like the breaded and deep fried chicken you get in Orange Chicken or General Tso’s chicken, as you can see in the picture included here. I did taste the sauce and vegetables and it was indeed Kung Pao, just only that the type of chicken was wrong. However, the other dishes I ordered were excellent (Shrimp Fried Rice, Lake Tung Ting Shrimp, Beef with Snow Peas, and Wonton Soup). The lady who took my order was super friendly and courteous. All the food was made to order and came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. I’ll still give them five stars and try them again, except next time I’ll ask if I can get the Kung Pao Chicken stir fried instead of breaded and deep fried.

Been going to this place since 2005 before this staff came in and took over. And I must say they have never done me wrong. For as many years they I have been eating here from sitting in the dinning room and take out I still order. Granted from time to time food was not great they have still done right by me. I see a lot of bad reviews about the food. People make mistakes from time to time. This review is from my personal experience and can’t speak for others. I see hair and bug pictures and I must say I’m a picky eater and I look at food with a stare everytime and I’ve never experienced anything like this from them before. Today I walked in and was asked only one order? They know me all too well. I used to order the same exact thing every time and when I called I would start the order and they would finish my words before I finished with the way i want it cooked. I only eat here once or twice a month if that and they still get it right. I switched up my order and they haven’t skipped a beat in recent years. Long time customer and will keep being one no matter the reviews.

First and foremost let me start by saying the owner is extremely kind and has been there for over 11 years I think she told me. I ordered the combination chicken lo mein spicy. The chicken lo mein was delicious, The fried rice was extremely delicious as well And the fried rice was cooked fresh. The eggroll was hot, fresh and it was not a hint of grease dripping from it even to the last bite! 10 out of 10 I would recommend and well worth the trip as I live in Fayetteville but was out doing deliveries! Definitely will be a repeat customer! Interior of restaurant was up-to-date and they had plenty seating for dining options. If you live close by and you’re reading this review do not overlook this gem!

A nondescript but tidy hole-in-the-wall restaurant that dishes out satisfactory Chinese food in the Spring Lake area. The food isn’t anything to write home about, but the servings are ample and the prices fair. Service is aloof but pleasant enough.

I asked for no onions or veggies at all because I’m allergic to onions. When I ordered I specified this. I always do. I get my food and it’s covered in onions so I call and ask if they can remake it and she says no we can’t because we specify. Well I knew that was a lie because as I look at my receipt it’s says no rice no onions and then it says no veggies so they did indeed hear me when I asked for no veggies they just don’t want to own up or fix the mistake.

Love ordering from this place. Normally I order on door dash and it is very quick delivery. I stopped in to get a to go order and it was just as quick. Any of the Jin Jin specials are delicious. I love the Jin Jin Wonton appetizer.
