The service there is phenomenal. I already love her.
Very friendly and charismatic. I ordered triple garlic, and my daughter ordered orange chicken.
They accidentally put beef in mine, (I ordered mine specifically with only chicken and shrimp .. NO PORK, NO BEEF). and when I mentioned it, quickly without any hassle or argument, she removed my plate and within five minutes I had a fresh plate, I’m very happy.
Pretty good food too. I would’ve actually rated them a 3.5 for the food, but her service was so excellent that they deserve a solid four.
For 2️⃣ plates, it was $50.80 ♀️

I’ve been eating here for years. We drive up here from the Springs because we love the food. It’s much better than the Chinese restaurants in Briargate. Her hot pot is wonderful! If you like mushrooms, try her mushroom broth. My husband likes the spicy broth. Now, I have a craving for hot pot – must go soon! Highly recommend this restaurant.

This is by far our favorite Chinese restaurant in the Monument/Northern Colorado Springs area. The food is consistently top notch and the service is always outstanding and friendly. Personal favorites are the Combination Fried Rice and the Mongolian Beef. The food is prepared fresh and they are always quick with the orders for both dine-in and delivery!

The worst hot pot experience in my life. Overpriced freezer food. And they continue to charge you if you order more sauce. The mala has no flavor. The spice wasn’t spicing. The fried bread tasted like freezer burnt, there was barely any meat???
For that amount of money that isn’t even all you can eat is ridiculous. I drove 2 1/2 hours bc this was the closest hot pot place. Not worth even driving 10 min.
Service is fast. And mushrooms were the most edible part. The rest was so bad. Also $4 for cilantro?!?! WHAT

First time trying this restaurant and I will say I was highly impressed. The owner was very nice and food was fresh. My friend and myself did HOT POT. And it was a great experience. Being his first time at a hotpot It was a learning experience. The wonderful owner was out there explaining how it worked to him. I highly recommend this establishment. If you like HOTPOT. Good place for a first time!

Came here on a Friday night and it wasn’t super busy so so were able to get seated right away. The service was very friendly and fast. Both of the servers were very attentive to their tables and made sure everyone had everything. I think our servers name was Ronnie (I am sorry if that’s not right) and she was very friendly, courteous, and helpful with our tables needs.. The menu is extensive and has a large selection of food and different flavors. We did not try the hot pot menu so I can’t comment on that but the Chinese food was very good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and really fast. I had a Mongolia Three combo and it was Mongolian beef, shrimp, and chicken in one dish. The whole table enjoyed their food and had no negative comments. Needless to say, we will definitely be back here.

The food is absolutely amazing. We have the Mongolian beef and lo mein. We also had hot pot, which is our first time and Jing walked us through to make it a great experience. Will definitely be back.

We tried the hotpot and it was really good. The ingredients didnt taste super fresh, but we went pretty late into the day. The broth was delicious and the prices are cheaper than most hotpot places.They are a family owned so service is a bit slow, but super friendly! I would definitely come again!

This use to be the best Chinese in town, I don’t know what happened. I stopped going about a year ago because they got so expensive. However I decided to splurge a bit and was I disappointed. I ordered the combo fried rice for pick up and when I got home (I live two minutes away) the rice, meat and shrimp was so dried out I could barely eat it. Also it was barely warm. I guess I wont be back!!

i ordered from here because our regular Chinese place is closed- our beef skewers were just that, beef on a stick; no veggies or anything, the veggies we did get in the ‘triple garlic sauce’ were uncooked and it didn’t even come with the garlic sauce. Unfortunately for the price i paid i am very unsatisfied and probably won’t be back.
