Everything about this place was amazing!! I will be recommending to so many people and our server Farrah was awesome and kept such a good energy throughout the meal! Highly recommend the lychee martini, the lamb and waygu friend rice!

I really wanted to love this place. I was so excited to have something this fun nearby! The atmosphere is vibrant and the service was truly wonderful ….the staff made us feel so welcome.
That said, the food was just okay. Nothing was bad, but it felt a little short on flavor and wasn’t quite as memorable as I had hoped. Overall, it’s a fun spot with great energy — I just wish the food matched the vibe.

As someone who always visits Jing when in Denver, I was very curious to see how the new Scottsdale location compared. Let’s just say I was not disappointed.
Jing Scottsdale is more than just a restaurant; it’s a destination for an upscale, energetic “vibe dining” experience that perfectly blends global flavors with a sophisticated Asian influence. From the moment you step in, the ambiance is electric, making it an ideal spot for a special occasion or a high-end night out.
The menu is a masterclass in refined fusion, and the quality of the ingredients truly shines. For those looking for the best of what Jing has to offer, I highly recommend focusing on their signature dishes. The Miso Black Cod is an absolute must-try—it’s flaky, perfectly caramelized, and melts in your mouth. Another standout is the Wagyu Short Rib, which is incredibly tender and rich, showcasing their expertise with prime cuts of meat.
A couple of honorable mention shared plates are the wagyu beef sliders and lobster dim sum. Smaller portions but great way to start the dining experience.
The service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive—Kelsey and Anisa were absolutely amazing, appreciate the hospitality ladies. are very hospitable, it really feels like you are hanging out with friends when you come to Jing! The food is flavorful & cocktails are delicious! The decor is amazing!! So pretty, elegant, classy! You can tell there was a lot of money invested to this restaurant! Highly recommend trying the hamachi crunch roll, lychee martini, espresso martini, garlic noodles, truffle mushrooms, edamame and everything else! Everything is delicious! Vibes are immaculate!

What an amazing restaurant, Jing brings Vegas style night life with an incredible menu to Scottsdale. From the moment you walk up to the entrance you know you are in for something special when you see the incredible chandelier like lighting over the entire bar area. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff was incredible and the food, the food is next level.
For our group we decided to share everything so we could try as many dishes as possible and so glad we did. Some dishes that stood out for me were:
Starters – Tuna Pizza was amazing, Crabcake roll was the best sushi roll that I have ever had, Spicy edamame was perfectly cooked and seasoned, Wagu Roll is top notch as well.
Main Courses – Short ribs were off the chart amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned to melt in your mouth. The steaks were on point, the flavor off the grill was mouth watering and perfectly seasoned. Lobster Fried Rice was my favorite side dish, there was the right amount of lobster meat which was supprising as most places will skimp to save money and that definately is not the case here.
Desert – the Butter Cake desert was all I tried and all I needed as it was hands down the best desert I have ever had at a restaurant!!! The cake was baked perfectly, the sauce is mouth watering amazing and the side car scoop of ice cream was a perfect pairing.
Highly recommend to everyone, you wont believe it till you see it.

Literally magical. Walked in and was in awe. I love the atmosphere. All the staff were so nice and our waiter was Literally the best. He explained everything and was super patient with us. Music was great and was told there is live music after 8, I believe . We got there a little early so unfortunately we didnt catch that but we will be back! Also the food was DELICIOUS! I would recommend coming here!

I went to jing last night for the pre opening the restaurant lighting and music gave it ambience a perfect mix of elegance and fun along with our server kelsey who was very welcoming and tentative giving us advice on the menu as it was our first time.

JING Scottsdale was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is upscale, vibrant, and perfect for a night out. The food was incredible — beautifully presented and full of flavor. The sushi was fresh, and the steak was cooked perfectly.
What really made the night special was Natalia. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she created such a welcoming and enjoyable experience for us. Great service truly makes a difference, and Natalia went above and beyond.

The experience was absolutely amazing! The food was phenomenal, and our server, Madeline, was incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and drink options. She was also very attentive, keeping the table clear and making sure everything was taken care of. Ava was equally amazing and helpful, assisting with clearing plates and keeping our waters refilled. The atmosphere and music were perfect and really elevated the whole experience. We can’t wait to come back 10/10!
