I love the food and i eat here often. The food is great and hot and fresh! Greatest chinese food ive tasted in this state since i have moved here!! The only thing iwill add and advise you of is the egg foo young gravy bowl at the bottom of the bag because the plastic lid can break into the gravy. One time iordered the gravy and the lid broke and idid not know there were plastic pieces broken into the gravy and i had to be admitted to the ER because of the pieces stuck in my throat. It was very painful. Please be mindful of the that. The lids are nit string enough to handle much impact. It happened again tonight and im worried to eat the gravy now. But other than that i love the food and i always order here. Thank you

The customer service is TRASH! I’m asking the lady cashier questions about the 2 different plates one for me and one for my 5 year old child. She had an attitude with each answer. I felt rushed to order my food. I understand their culture and all but you don’t have to be rude. I work in fast food as well and I treat my customers with love, kindness and respect. She should do the same especially working with the public. I will never eat here again I rather give my money to panda express or china!

This is the best Chinese food in all of Spartanburg. Do not sleep on Jin Jin. The chow mein is perfect, the general tsos is crispy but saucy & fresh. I’m sorry (but not truly sorry) this place beats any of the others by miles. Uncle who now?
Literally my only complaint is that you have to run your card inside for pickup. I would love to be able to pay online, then grab it & go.

Stopped in late looking for food. I expected decent food but nothing exceptional as it was late. I was very pleased to find the food was very good and even my rice was fresh! Which is the one thing most Chinese places struggle with to me and it was perfect. The wings are also delicious and huge so ypu have plenty to eat as a meal.

Many American swayed dishes but also many authentic cuisine. Especially fond of the cheese wontons and the chicken on the stick. Good size portions and good service.

I’ve eaten here before but it’s been awhile. The family decided on Chinese takeout and since they’ve been good in the past I went to pick up this evening. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was very disappointed in the food though. I ordered the black pepper chicken and it was so dry it was hard. It tasted like it had been in a warmer all day. My wife’s food was great but everyone else also had very dry, hard protein. I doubt I’ll come back.

I had been to Jin Jin once before order the shrimp & broccoli the shrimp were was over cooked.so I waited a while before I went back so today I gave it another try samething happened the shrimp was over cooked again so I call the restaurant. The girl that worked up front is a people person. And don’t believe in give your money back.it has to be new management. I do not recommend JinJin and used to love their Shrimp & Broccoli
