Not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but I feel the need to share this experience. I ordered Egg Drop Soup and Wonton Soup, and unfortunately, both had an unappealing flavor, smell, and unnatural yellow color. The Egg Drop Soup was the consistency of slime and not edible. I returned both soups and requested a refund, but the staff was not happy and told me this is how their egg drop soup is supposed to be — nothing like the versions I’ve enjoyed at other restaurants.

The restaurant itself is very run down and appears dirty. There is an old unused buffet in the middle of the dining room, along with bikes and personal belongings being stored inside, which makes the space feel cluttered and uninviting. A little fresh paint, organization, and care could go a long way.

Sadly, I will not be returning.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how COLD it was inside. The outside temps today were cold- 23 degrees F. It wasn’t much warmer inside. No exaggeration, I could see my breath as I ordered at the counter.

Everyone working there had on heavy winter clothes and hats. What’s up with this? It looks like they have totally given up on the interior.

There is an abandoned buffet in the center and on the other side of that it looks like someone is living there.

But, the food was good. I ordered spicy beef and it was well made. They get a star for how freaky fast it was ready. 5 minutes and I was outside again (it’s carry out only)

I also appreciate the taste of their cheese wontons. Very tasty.

As I was given the food I asked for a napkin- they were out… ok.

Parking can be found in the public lot a half block away. Over all, I will not go out of my way to return the this place, but I can recommend- just don’t expect too much from the experience inside.

Ordered House Special Fried Rice to eat in. The interior is spartan, with an unused buffet taking up space and bicycles parked next to it. Walls need painting. No tapwater available, only bottled water for sale. The House Special Fried Rice wasn’t — it was yellow rice that was not stir-fried, which is the entire appeal of fried rice. It had a smattering of proteins but no egg and the rice was entirely tasteless.

First time I went there I got the Singapore mei fun which was decent so I decided to try them again tonight. I ordered a regular general’s tso chicken which tasted very bland and such a small portion for 12 bucks. I’m glad they offer plenty of sauce packets, you’ll need it if you order it. General tso’s chicken: 6.4 out of 10 Chicken fried rice was just yellow rice with sauteed onions and chicken, nothing remotely looked like it was fried. I’ll give it a 4.1. The egg roll was decent even though it wasn’t crispy. With a little help of the spicy mustard and made it a 7.1 which is generous

It’s in downtown Easton so parking can be limited.
They do have some tables inside on one side of the buffet which looks like it’s being used for storage and on the other side of the buffet is storage for bicycles.

Huh. Well that was interesting. Great downtown location, but hot inside. I would not suggest dining in. Rear kitchen door left open for all manner of pests to crawl, fly, or otherwise gain entry to the kitchen. Employee at cash counter was too busy on his phone to even say hi or somehow acknowledge my presence. One should never have to pay $30.00 for a couple of large fried rice containers and 4 egg rolls which were about as chewy as shoe leather. Since I was a kid I have always been of the opinion that there is no such thing as bad Chinese food, but this place has me second guessing myself.

Picked up dinner. Special soup and house special fried rice. As soon as we removed the lid from the soup, the odor was awful. The rice was only rice with no flavor. I’ve ordered from there several times before and it was always good. Definitely something very wrong tonight. We threw it out and down the disposal to get rid of the smell. I called and she would not credit my card for the cost of dinner. I’ll never go back. Smell your food before you leave with your carryout

Exactly what you want in a Chinese place. You know the food is going to be fire when you walk in and the place looks kinda dumpy. I don’t mean that in a bad way. Best food we have had in this area. Fried rice, noodles, generals chicken, wontons, egg rolls. All amazingggg

Tried here for a change last Sunday and found out that Sunday’s are the only day they do not have lunch specials. So , I order everything separately. The egg rolls were very tasty , but the chicken in the chicken fried rice was under cooked and the rice bland with almost no taste.General Tao’s was average and the Sweet n Sour chicken was good, but not great. I realized after I left, that if I had ordered the combination platters instead of things separately , i would have saved about $7 bucks. Wished that staff would have recommended this was the best way.
