Service today was absolutely awful. our waitress had no personality nor did she know what she was doing bringing each appetizer out separately in between waiting on people to cash out. also not giving any plates to eat the appetizers on. Also do not order the chicken wings they are so overcooked they will cut the roof of your mouth.

I got honey chicken and lo Mein to go. Its standard chinese food. Nothing terrible, but def nothing to pound your fist on the table and “mmm mmmmm mmm” about. Definitely better than the other chinese place across from them in the same plaza.
The portions are okay for the $. Although its hard to tell because they PACK your #combo meal into a little to-go dis. Their eggrolls kind of suck, but their house lo mein was the bomb. Get your honey chicken extra crispy and tell them to give you a bigger to go dish.

Loved the wonton soup!! Egg rolls were ok. Combo dinner meals are a great value. The food was fresh and served hot! Egg foo young was tasty. The shrimp were tender in my dish.

MY ORDER CAME UP TO $60.47 JUST TO ABLE TO EAT THE Krab Rangoon. THE EGG ROLLS WERE SOGGY, THE Pu Pu Platter-Appetizers For 2 WAS STUCK IN ONE SMALL BOX AND THE teriyaki chicken LOOKED OLD AND DARK LIKE JERK BEEF STICK. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THE BEEF FRIED RICE WERE OLD . BUT MY OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FOOD WAS NOT SATISFYING AT ALL THE FOOD WAS JUST OLD NOT COOKED FRESH AT ALL.

I’m a single man that works long hrs I don’t eat meat so I go here about once a week and get there general Tao tofu. I can’t say enough at how kind they are and how amazing the food is when I’m dirty from work they don’t just throw my food at me and that means a lot after all I’m no more nasty then money. Great great great would give 10 starts if I could. I do wish they had ginger ale though lol

My family & I have been coming to Jin Jin 88 here on 23rd Street since the spring of 2013. It’s a small family-owned/operated ‘Mom & Pop’ Chinese restaurant with AMAZING food cooked to order promptly, hot, & fresh. They just re-opened this week after a five-month closure due to a forced relocation of multiple long-time tenants out of the 23rd Street Walmart Shopping Center to make room for a new ‘Big Box’ store. My family missed Jin Jin’s cooking SOOO much! It was so awesome to have them back up & running now across the street in the 23rd Street Publix Shopping Center next to Papa John’s. The food is just as tasty now as it was before & if you give this place a try, fair warning: you will be hooked! 😉

Ordered from here a couple nights ago. It took 2 hours to get the food. When I called the store to ask what the eta was the girl told me that the delivery persons car had broken down and the owner was on his way to help with deliveries. She apologized (although half heartedly) but at least she apologized cause the owner sure didn’t apologize when he delivered the food. He offered no explanation or anything. The food was ok though, lukewarm, but decent enough.

I didn’t know they offered delivery but I’m glad they told me. They delivered so quickly that my food was still nice and hot. Everything was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.
