Waited 30 minutes to get our order taken, then another 30 to get food. Both of our orders were not made the way they were described, but we were too hungry to keep sending it back. It tasted decent

We ordered takeout Pad Thai, Penang Curry with Chicken and Red Curry with Beef. The food was terrible. The curry sauces were not prepared in the normal way. The seemed to be gelatinous and maybe out of a can and didn’t taste like curry at all, and the chicken and beef were gummy. We have no idea how the food was prepared. It was so awful that we threw it all out. Bangkok Village in Naperville is authentic and we should have gone there and we regret trying Jin 28.

I liked the food! my only complaint is the sushi rice had too much vinegar in it. the fish quality was good, but not fantastic or anything (which I dont really expect anyways). my only real complaint is the atmosphere is… off putting. theres no music, and the entire place is very dim. Id probably come back here since it is really affordable though!

The teriyaki chicken & Beef were really sweet and the chicken was dry and tasted worse than what someone can make at home

Good service and great sushi! Highly recommend trying the all you can eat because you’ll get the best value for your money. Sushi quality is also decent and torched dragon roll is my personal favorite.

Food was wonderful and cheap, I got the double eel sushi which was super flavorful. Contrary to other reviews, I thought the service was fine, and the server even offered to give us soy sauce packets when we wanted to pack away our leftover sushi.

Small place, good food and the food is consistent every time. Kids enjoyed the sushi. The lady who waits the table could work on her people skills. Recommend this place for sure.

I called in an order and repeated it to the staff. She repeated it back to me but once I went to go pick it up it was not what I ordered. The lady at the door demeanor was as if she was ready to go home. When I told her this was not the size I ordered she insisted that it was. I told her it wasnt and that’s it’s better to just say you made an error. She was really rude with me so instead of having them to possibly spit in my food when I send it back I just left it as it was due to me being hungry. If they could just fix the attitudes they give to certain customers it wouldn’t be so bad as the food is good. But why even be bothered with it when there are plenty of other places that will welcome you better.

This was a Chinese joke! All 3 dishes failed. LoMien: spaghetti noodles, really?! No veggie, a few pieces of beef, and all spaghetti noodles. Mongolian beef: specks of rice, none of that crispy noodles just rice and nothing like Mongolian beef. And last last order was a disaster, sweet and sour chicken: rancid oil with ball of flour and tough chicken. Haven’t had Chinese food in a long long time and saw the “mighty reviews” and expected authentic Chinese food in the heart of Naperville but instead was an epic fail. Take another long long time or perhaps even a nvm. Huge disappointment.

Oh man I hate giving bad reviews but the food was awful. I had miso soup and it tasted like the tofu drainage from every plastic package. The edamame was over cooked and bland. I have a spicy salmon roll of sorts-atleast I think that’s what it was supposed to be. I will say that the tempura sauce was the only thing I liked about my meal. Unfortunately, I know this sounds brutal but I also just want people to enjoy a good meal.
