I had a wonderful time at Jin28, my server was Su and she was very polite and incredibly kind. I had the pad see eiw which was amazing and she was very accommodating the entire time. The environment was super peaceful and calming.

Ever since I moved to Naperville, it’s been hard to find a good tasting Asian restaurant. I found this restaurant and tried their lunch special. I was so impressed, I brought my daughter to dinner. The food and service were wonderful with a reasonable price. I will be back.

I really wanted to like this place. The menu looks interesting and has some “authentic” dishes but the food is bland, sooooo bland. This is the first time ever in my life that I had to put salt on Chinese food. The presentation is nice, but the food not so much, it’s meh. The service is also lacking, I had the feeling that I was bothering my server, Any request were grudgingly complied with, more water, etc. I should have read the reviews first, but I was hungry and lured by the menu in the window. Don’t do it! Go somewhere else. Go get a grilled cheese next door. Do anything but waste your money and time. Their prices are inexpensive, but if the meal is not good or tasty, then it’s expensive because it’s basically a waste of money.

My daughter and I had dinner here, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. I simply asked our waitress if the restaurant uses MSG, and her response was incredibly rude. She said “I don’t know” and then just stared at me without offering to check or get clarification.
When I asked a couple of normal questions about the menu, she suddenly started raising her voice at me in front of the entire restaurant. It was loud enough that other customers were looking over, and several of them exchanged uncomfortable looks. Some even mentioned to me that she had been rude to them as well. The whole atmosphere felt tense and awkward.
The waitress eventually stormed off to the back to ask the chef—still yelling—which made things even more uncomfortable. I actually suggested to my daughter that we go somewhere else, but she was hungry, it was raining, and we weren’t familiar with the area, so we stayed.
My daughter ordered the kids’ fried chicken, and it wasn’t fully cooked. At that point, I didn’t even feel safe speaking up because the interaction had already been so hostile, so I just told her to eat the other items on the plate.
This was such an unpleasant experience from start to finish. Between the unprofessional service, the yelling, the undercooked food, and the overall uncomfortable environment, I would not return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The pad see ew and crab rangoon are the best I have EVER had. The noodles are so thick and chewy with a beautiful crisp from a flash frying. The beef is perfectly tender and flavorful. The vegetables are brilliantly green and cooked to perfection. The sauce is ibtensely flavored brilliance. It is so good I can’t bring myself to order anything else, even though I am sure it is good. It is so good I can’t even think about anything except savoring it when I am eating it.

This was our second time dining in at Jin28. We’ve had the pot stickers, pad thai, sesame chicken, crab rangoons, and a couple rolls, and it was all very good. The sesame chicken is delicious and the pad thai is different but good. I didn’t care for the rolls because of texture but my boyfriend liked them. Service is fast and helpful and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A little out dated but nothing crazy. We will definitely come again.

We have the member ship, and it’s a great deal . We love the food and it’s nice and quiet. The only bad things are 1 is super slow service even when empty, and 2 there is only ever one waiter . She rarely comes around, doesn’t take plates away, doesn’t refill waters, etc . But when it comes time to tip, she is always very unhappy with even an average 20% tip when she barely does her job . We had a very tasty shrimp soup and Phoenix & Dragon entree . ( plates and menus still on the table long after use )
The food is all really good except for the Thai food is often very sweet and it doesn’t taste quite right we don’t recommend the green curry

The food here was pretty good for the price. Everything was very cheap $6-13 for most dishes. We got sushi, mala crisp tofu and a jalapeño fried rice and everything tasted delicious. If you love sushi but don’t love sushi prices this is your place. The service here was okay but for the price it makes sense. Quiet place to dine. Overall it was a good experience and I’d recommend it.

I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have higher ratings. The food and service was great! We came here on a Sunday afternoon while walking around. We ordered the crab ragnoon, cucumber salad and Mongolian beef. Everything had great flavor. I would definitely come back.
