Pulled up around 11:30 PM on Thursday, January 22nd, 2026 and ordered a 12-inch Diavlo ️ — and yeah… that thing was SLAMMING.

Absolutely wibbity-wham smackin’, no survivors
Juicy, flavorful, perfect heat, messy in the best way. The kind of sandwich where you sit back after and just nod like, yeah… that was the move
Before the food even hit, the service already won me over. I tipped a dollar, the guy says “What do we say?” and the whole crew hits me with “THANK YOU!”
That alone made me drop another dollar — appreciation like that matters, especially when you know the grind.
Late night. Great energy. Fire food. Respectful staff.
This is why Jim’s stays undefeated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I love this place but do yall not believe in hair nets anymore. Why did this stop. And do your workers know they can pays dorrdash orders so they can catch up!!!! This place is so busy and they just keep coming in but for the love of god let them pause or when peoples come in and order as well over worked and underpaid.

I called to place an order the guy on the phone was nice but didnt inform me that they weren’t taking cash. I get there and he refused to take my cash. Cash is legal tender even if they didnt have change I would of let them keep the tip. Such bad business. Cash is king! So dissatisfied.

Always considered Jim’s to be for “late night” cravings. But this early evening chicken finger sub did not disappoint. Portion size was excellent, tasted good, however, the prices were a little higher than I expected and the staff seemed a little unmotivated. Overall, decent experience.

The tacos I got where so bad from delivery from door dash – the tacos where soggy not made correctly and had onions when there is no option to take onions off so that’s not even a item that goes on the taco – there was no sour cream and the taco bags where dripping with tomato sauce- but I ordered them without tomato’s

Everytime we want a steak and cheese Hoagie, Jim’s Steakout is a must and is unbeatable. We drive further out of the way to go to the Niagara Falls Blvd. Location, (rather than Transit Rd. Amherst Location) and it Is always Amazing. The staff is great and allow you to customize your Hoagie how you want it without issue, usually ready in 15-20 minutes but is always very good! Definitely recommend going if you never have been! It’s a buffalo thing! ❤️

Put in an order at 4:53 for pickup at 6:50 PM to 7 PM so that my husband could pick it up after his 12 hour shift not 5 minutes from the store on Niagara Falls Blvd. Immediately after submitting the order I was updated that it would be ready at 7:10, then it changed again to 7:15 with a final text that it was ready at 7:30. It took them 2 plus hours to make 2 subs. The point of my ordering early was to spare my husband the wait after his shift. I will never use Doordash or Jim’s Steakout again
