I came in to pick up my order at around 11:30 a.m., and there were only two lady staff members working behind the counter. From the moment I approached, I was completely ignored—standing there for two minutes without any acknowledgment, eye contact, or greeting. When I politely called attention to myself and said I was here to pick up my order, one of the staff immediately became defensive and dismissive, making comments about me “leaning over the counter,” which was completely untrue and unnecessary as i would never intrude a food prep area.
The attitude from these employees was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in being defensive than providing basic customer service. It took several back-and-forth comments just to get my order handed to me. The experience was frustrating and made a simple pick-up unnecessarily stressful.
Management should address this behavior—especially when staff are the only ones on shift—because ignoring customers and being dismissive is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole.

Our food was not cooked as well as we would have wanted it. Won’t revisit this location. I’ve gotten the same sub at a different location that was way better.

Idk what happened the steak used to be so good and now it’s VERY different. Like a cheap version of “steak”. It was super fatty and chewy. I would not recommend anymore.

I have ordered from here for years. Super disappointed about the order tonight. The Diavlo was dry. They forgot the sauce! The meat was non existent. Look at the picture. Barely anything. Just all dry roll. Which I paid highly for. The quality has gone down hill in recent years. After today we are done. The meat was stringy and had grizzle. I never had that before. They are cutting corners and we pay for it. I can do better at home. Let’s see if they actually reach out to me to discuss. Not likely. If I were you stay away.

Actually my first visit. Menu is easy to read and meals are freshly served hot. A bit pricey, but they taste great, which makes it worthwhile.
And by pricey I mean that for $14, you get more out of a Philly Cheesesteak than Jersey Mike’s as it has a LOT of meat and you get to pick your bread. In this age of high prices for fast dining, this is one worth your money indeed.

I visited here at lunch. The restaurant was clean. The food was good, but a little high priced. A large steak sub, onion rings and fountain drink were $16. Probably better for a late night than for lunch. The counter person could have been more inviting, she didn’t seem to want to reccomend one thing over another.

Where to start? We came from Canada to checkout the Hoagies. We were not disappointed! Absolutely huge!!! The meat was falling out of the bun and the quality was fantastic. My wife got the Turkey Hoagie and that was some of the best shaved Turkey I’ve ever seen. The flavours were fantastic and the ingredients all super fresh. My little guy got a burger, mac n’ cheese bites and large fries. Not sure what kind of potatoes but the fries were the best I’ve had in a long time. Prices were reasonable and the staff were fantastic. “Friendly” Canadians had nothing on these staff.

Chicken finger sub was the special of the week . Sub was good (make sure you have napkins). Dining area was clean, spacious and had relevant music playing for ambiance. I’ve been here before, and whenever I’m in the neighborhood, I’ll gladly return.

Good place to eat, but I wouldn’t go out of my way, there are many other places that make better quality steak sandwiches now.
