Manager said she didn’t know the bathroom code after I paid for food just to use the bathroom. My sub had a long hair in it, they refused to remake it. I threw the sub out. Ridiculous had a hair in my food and couldn’t even use the bathroom. The worst place I’ve ever been to. Why even bother coming here. Go anywhere else. I would avoid this location at all costs. They have really shady and rude people working here. I will be calling Jim’s Steak out corporate number and informing them.

I was visiting Buffalo and got the chicken finger sub. It took a while but the chicken fingers were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside coated in a perfectly sour, spicy and salty. Inside was clean and the staff were so friendly!

Very good submarines! If you’re from out of town and want a good Buffalo sub? Jim’s is the place! The Bread is always fresh, the veggies are always crisp and alive! The seasoning is not over powering and the Steak flavor can still be appreciated.

This was one of the best subs I’ve had in a long time and I feel like if I would have put the right things on it, it would’ve definitely been then best. My food came out quick and the restaurant was clean and played good music. I haven’t been here for a few years and this was a happy surprise. I got subs for me amd my father and he loved his as well. I arrived after receiving a text thaty food was ready and had to wait 25mins just for the guy to give me my food. There were 7-8 others all just waiting on food that was already prepared and just sitting. I guess the workers wanted to make all the orders before giving any orders to anyone. Smh I’ll just go to another place from now on. That was a bad experience.

Bought a Philly bread was burnt. Got it all the way home. Opened it up and was disappointed. Called and they asked me to bring it back. On my gas. I asked the manager for at least a cup to get a drink, she said they have cameras and can’t give out free drinks. God knows the drink isn’t free. It’s the cost of gad. Why would you leave a customer visibly dissatisfied. They won’t get another dime for me, my family or anyone else i can persuade to not go there. We are the cornerstone of their existence. I can’t believe the numbe4 of tips I left. They won’t get another dime… I wish I could post pics of thar burnt sandwich they let out the door. I have them. One way I’m going to get them out there.
