I ordered a 12″ steak hoagie with onions, hot peppers, jim’s sauce, oil, mayo and cheese. I received a dry chopped steak sub with sautéed onions and a handful of hot peppers on it. I tried to complain on the app, but you can only choose from the questions they provide. I upload a picture and it says we cannot refund you and that was it. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a hoagie. My first complaint and I’ve been going to Jim’s since they only had 1 location between Bidwell and Delavan. Seriously what part of this sub says hoagie .

Everyone we have ordered from here the food has always been really good. Unfortunately that has changed. They have either got somebody new fixing the food, or cut back but its starting to go down hill. Usually a steak and cheese had cheese and as the steak is cooking the cheese is mixed in with it or placed on top of it. But there was hardly any cheese at all. I mean you really had to look for cheese to find some, not only that a 1/2 of the sub had no meat. We stopped ordering from jersey, Mike’s for the same thing poor quality food and now they are getting to be the same way. Anyone know of a place to eat that it truly owned by someone who cares about the product they send out the door. Based off of the reviews i just read after posting mine it seems like a sinking ship.

I had a very pleasant experience. While placing my order over the phone, the gentleman who picked up was very energetic and happy to take my order. Automatically, my somewhat monotoned voice was also getting more cheerful. I was quite shocked, as it was past midnight, now a Friday morning. When arriving, I was greeted with a smile and my food ready. In less than 15 minutes since I called, they had 3 subs and 4 sides ready! I don’t know many food workers that would great so warmly at 1am. I don’t know if it was the same guy over the phone and cashing me out, but it made my night that much better. The food was great and made exactly as ordered. Which was shocking, as I was all over the place while ordering. What sauce on the tenders, idk my friend didn’t say, let’s circle back later. Oh I forgot to add pickles on all 3 items ordered so far. Thank you!

I ordered 3 subs online and picked up in store.
I am not too thrilled how extremely messy these subs were wrapped. They weren’t closed before wrapping. Soaked in sauce. They are subs not chicken wings! Bread wasn’t toasted as described. Meat is very tough. I am absolutely disappointed with this.
Ordering in store and eating there is 100x better than doing take out. When it should be the same type of service all around. Not to mention you pay a little extra when ordering online. But it’s a hurry let’s go and get them out of here type of atmosphere right? Cause you would have to deal with people complaining in Person rather than a review or phone that you’re going to ignore…right?
The photo might look like a good sub but you can’t even eat the bread because it’s nothing but MUSH!

I didn’t expect much, but the employee literally sat at a table on speakerphone the first couple of minutes that I was there at the counter. When he finally came over, he couldn’t hear me because he was still on the call . He stayed on speakerphone the whole time, and someone in the drive-thru actually gave up and left while he stared off into space. The food was sloppy, but that’s pretty much par for the course.

1st time visiting this new location .I ordered a steak hoagie deluxe it was phenomenal to eat in with my son .I ordered a ham sub to go with only lettuce and mayo only for my daughter ..they got that totally wrong it had tomato,onions oil along with mayo my daughter opened it I was really wasn’t happy.

Food was good when they first opened this location and now that they hired incompetent workers who can’t get an order right and the food is not fresh like it used to be. I Won’t be supporting them anymore, save your money and go somewhere else where they care about their customers and take pride in the food they make.

Im excitied to be able to write the first review for this location. A brand new restaurant on Orchard Park Road. A fabulous outdoor seating area. We’ll lit menu boards. Also a drive thru. The food was excellent and fresh. Plenty of seating area inside and out. They also have a give away until September 9th, each purchase is eligible filling out a receipt for a beer pong table and other merchandise. I highly recommend a visit here. 5 stars for everything.

Manager Alexander sent us food with tomatoes on everything we ordered and receipt said NO TOMATOES !!. Then when I called Alexander the manager blamed it on door dash. !¡! They have no tomatoes on the door.dash receipt and Jim steak out receipt ! He just bold faced lies to me. !! Luckily we noticed and did not eat them !!! Some people cant eat them !! FYI we ordered tacos and chicken fingers sub. All came with tomatoes after we def said no tomatoes on all items ordered. Manager was not managing at all !
