I had a couple of issues when eating here. The coffee tasted watery. The hollandaise sauce on my eggs Benedict was so broken and chunky it looked like scrambled eggs. It tasted fine but the texture was wrong and it looked gross. The service was very excellent though. I was hungry so I did eat everything but I would not go back.

Sign is very misleading… as you can see. I pulled up under the impression that this was a 24 hour restaurant, walked up to the door to find that it closed at 10pm. Mister Jim, can we please invest in a new sign that properly advertises your true business hours of operation?

The chocolate milk was expired but the waitress quickly fixed it and gave us a different drink that’s why 1 star , how did no one notice it was expired ?

Ordered food online and went to pick it up. When i got home i opened my biscuits and this was what was served to me ( see picture). I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He NEVER apologized or even attempted to show any remorse for what happened. Extremely unprofessional for someone who is in a leadership role in customer service. This was a terrible experience. If this is the leadership it’s only a matter of time before the whole ship drowns with the same attitude towards paying customers. Consider this the warning!

The food was amazing! Even with a full house, they got us seated quickly. Our waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and on top of everything. Probably the best Jim’s in town!

I have been going to Jim’s for years specifically for the tortilla soup. We went around 7pm one night and I ordered the chicken tortilla soup. It was obviously the bottom of the pot. Nothing but broth and really spicy (all the spices at the bottom) the manager on duty proceeded to say that their chicken tortilla soup is broth with a hint of chicken. Never in my life have I heard that and had broth with a piece of shredded chicken in their soup. The service was horrible. The waitress next came to check on us until she brought the check. Really disappointed that this is the service and “quality” of food that we pay for.

We stopped by for dessert and coffee that evening. The host sat us quickly and our server was also very prompt. We ordered pie. I ordered the strawberry and my wife got the coconut cream. Both pies were very good, except the crust seem a bit underbaked. Overall, our experience was short but very good.

This is a well run location! The only reason I took one star away was the onion strings were not the same thin, tasty ones we have grown up enjoying over the years. The waitress was very attentive and the burgers were very good! We are regular customers and for the most part have had consistently great experiences here.

So Jim’s never disappoints, food is amazing. Customer service was fairly great. It took less than 3 minutes to get my water refilled. I was able to do my work here in peace. There was one thing that disappointed me, but it was relatively the same at all Jim’s. They do not have plugs to plug in my computer. All in all Jim’s is a very big franchise and their food taste amazing. Not sure if it’s the cool or the food. But great experience.
The manager came up to me as I was eating my meal. So if you review often maybe I should get a shirt made saying I’m taking pics because I love reviewing the places I eat at. My apologies staff of Jim’s at this location.
