So Jim’s never disappoints, food is amazing. Customer service was fairly great. It took less than 3 minutes to get my water refilled. I was able to do my work here in peace. There was one thing that disappointed me, but it was relatively the same at all Jim’s. They do not have plugs to plug in my computer. All in all Jim’s is a very big franchise and their food taste amazing. Not sure if it’s the cool or the food. But great experience.

This location is not a hit or miss unlike a few of the other Jim’s locations. Joe is one of the most professional and welcoming individuals which is so important in the restaurant industry. It’s no wonder he is the manager here. The rest of the staff are friendly as well. Joe is running a tight ship which makes this restaurant an easy choice versus more pricey competitors. To me, the food tastes pretty damn good.

Had the daily special, which for that day was baked chicken. My mom had the Club House Sandwich. Food was great, service was great and we were in and out quickly. Glad to see Jim’s has come back to the land of the living. For the longest time we wouldn’t eat here due to bad service, attitude, and food. But that has obviously changed! I hope it stays this way.

My mom and I had a small wait. We enjoy the food there and they to have descent service. Some of the atmosphere is okay but could be better. I guess I’m more there for enjoying dinner with my mom the whole atmosphere deal. So if you want good food and good service you’ll like there restaurant. The pecan pie is excellent as well.
