Had great service from the bartender with the curley mustache. I was with a large group of friends, and he was pleasant, fast, and very polite. I’m sorry I dont remember his name. Went to Jim’s years ago, and swore it off. This last visit will bring me back.

We love Jim’s! Bartenders are amazing. Great management. Never a bad night or a bad experience. I absolutely love how this is truly a neighborhood bar and they take care of their own! Great karaoke on Friday nights too! If I were going to go and just “hang out” at a bar, it would be Jim’s.

How dare anyone believe that there is a better breakfast than Elfie’s biscuits and gravy… that dish brought me all the way back to a southern Texas dewy morning. This is the cleanest bar I’ve ever experienced, it blew my mind that I actually ended up meeting the man that keeps the whole bar cleanliness high and tight.. thanks to Lonnie, he literally worked through the middle of the night (on New Years mind you) and sat right next to me as I enjoyed my breakfast for the morning. Lastly, Heather made me the best Bloody Mary I’ve ever tasted in my life (with the authenticity of making it in mason jar fyi). I’ve even heard from the locals that Carrie Underwood stopped by Jim’s on a tour a few years back and that she enjoyed Heathers bloody so much that Jesus had to take the wheel because she couldn’t drive home. Bless these people and bless this bar. Cheers, you’ll remember this bar for life if you visit.

Never enjoyed the place. Maybe because one of my first times there the lady bartender had an attitude when I asked if she could chill my warm shot. She was nice again about 10 minutes later but still have never cared for the bars vibe. Also the Sheriff always parks across the street just waiting to catch people.

A great little watering hole. Has an eclectic group of customers. You never know who will be in here. Locals. Bikers. Clubs etc. Karaoke on Friday nights if that is your thing. Bartenders are amazing. Stop in once and they know your name and drink. Well worth stopping in. A modern day cheers.

I watched a waitress (who was allegedly off) say the N word. When a young man confronted her HE WAS KICKED OUT!!! Found out later that he was a disabled veteran. Never returning. Management should definitely deal with her! She said it VERY loud then denied it. Horrible!!!

Great “locals” type bar. Friendly folks & $0.50 games of pool. Didn’t try any food but it look edible enough for bar food (not a high end brewery type place). Saturday night I believe they have “karaoke” & that’s always good for a laugh. Support your local people & give them a try.
