I ordered a dozen sandwiches from here to take to the beach with my family and placed my order online and picked up the next day. The sandwiches were so perfectly wrapped and then also wrapped in plastic so transporting to the beach was so easy. Every sandwich was plentiful, dressed properly, had everything they were supposed to have. There was not one error or issue, and the quality was superb. This is my first time ordering from here, and I will not order from anywhere else going forward. It was a great experience, very pleased. I’m also very picky and have high standards. I manage food service so I tend to expect a lot and was not disappointed at all. Thank you to the staff for making our beach trip even better.

I went here yesterday to get breakfast and surely..I was in for a surprise. This deli was the closest one towards me therefore I went here instead of my usual stop. The food was good, but extremely overpriced like the other reviews mentioned.. and I’ll be coming back even though it wasn’t superb. (6.5/10)

hands down the best egg sandwiches around. the price has gone up since I was a kid, but they are still worth every penny. the get my order right and it’s always hot and melted. the comedy act by the counter guys is great to . gotta love good deli guy kitchen banter . highly recommended.

Placed orders for delivery 2 weeks in a row for delivery. First week’s order was suppose to be a wrap but came in a roll. Second week’s order was suppose to be chicken salad wrap but received corn beef. When I called I was told a refund would be issued through their delivery service. No refund has been issued 19 days later. Called again and was told I needed to take it up with the delivery service. I asked just to have the 2 sandwiches delivered and I was told no.

Been going to Jim’s deli for a very long time. I understand places need to raise prices from time to time, and I’m not one to complain about prices. But you should be ashamed of yourself for the prices you are currently charging. I paid 9 dollars for a bacon, egg and cheese the other day. Your food is not that good buddy. I will not be returning.!!!! Good luck with your future Jim’s deli. You just ran yourself into the ground.

Been going to this deli for about 20 years. Can’t even think of how many times I’ve recently placed an order online and never gets delivered correctly. Constantly have to go back and get it re-made because staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Bacon always raw and eggs over cooked. Website not updated so staff doesn’t make changes per instructions. Keeps telling me “it’s on there it’s on there.” Until you show up in person and show them the website and their response is “oh, I’ll look into it.”

Definitely better than the competing deli next door (which I refuse to go to for various reason). The food is always good and quick service. Happy they have açaí bowls, they aren’t the best I’ve had but still good. But… there are a couple of downsides in my opinion. The macaroni and potato salads and coleslaw have a LOT of vinegar in them. It’s overpowering. Makes my mouth pucker up and not in a good way. And the prices on some of the items, specifically breakfast items, are a lot more expensive than other great delis I’ve eaten at. $6.99 for a typical bacon, egg and cheese on a roll. I’ve seen the same sandwich for $3.99-$4.99 at good delis. Hungry man is like $9.99! Crazy. $6.99 at most other places and quality is the same. However, I can count on Jim’s for a relatively inexpensive chopped salad with up to 8 included toppings! They don’t skimp on the salads or toppings and they are legit. Hero and sandwich prices are on track with other delis. Online ordering and delivery are available.
