I love eggs on my burger. Overall, the Egg Burger was pretty tasty. It’s a pretty thin patty, 5 stars if they were a bit thicker. Fries were pretty good as well. Many places don’t make a strong iced tea. I wouldn’t say this place has strong iced tea, but you could taste the tea.

This is a hidden gem of a place! The service was impeccable! The food was delicious. As a woman from the southeast I had yet to find anywhere on the west coast that had one of my favorite comfort foods , biscuits and gravy, made even halfway decent until now. It was delicious here!! Will be coming back again!

This happened around a year ago (August 2022), but I have only been to Jim’s Burgers and Eggs once, and I will never return there again. The food was mid and okay, but it is the owner of the store that made my visit horrible. The lady at the register is so rude and really makes you feel unwelcomed. I don’t remember how much I paid, but I planned on paying in cash with the exact amount. I guess I miscounted the dollar bills, and so there was an extra dollar bill in the stack of cash I had given her. The lady counted the money and said in a very belittling tone, “Next time sweetie, you need to get your money right before handing it over. You need to get your counting right the first time, okay honey?” I understand that I gave her extra money than needed and that I probably should have counted it right, but it was just an extra dollar bill. Like, I don’t understand why she made a big deal about it. It’s not like I underpaid. Most cashiers would have just taken the money and given me my change back, but that old lady really made me feel like **** for no reason. It is not okay for the employees at this restaurant to belittle their customers and make them feel stupid and ashamed. I refuse to support a business that treats their customers like they’re worthless and insignificant when we are the ones making them money.

So I have visited here a few times for lunch while looking at houses In the area. They’ve been great and will definitely get return visits when I eventually live in the area. . Bacon cheeseburger – great, club sandwich. – great, French fries – great, fried zucchini- great. My wife did the pork chops and eggs each time so she loved that.

First of all, great burgers! Never had a bad burger and fries at Jim’s. Wife loves their breakfast as well, nice large portions. French toast is good. Bacon can be overcooked, if you like it on the hard side. Service has gotten better. Know what you want when you get to the register. They can be very busy and you don’t want to be the one slowing everything down. Weekend mornings are busy, have someone grab a seat as you wait to order. They do call-in pick up orders as well. Overall, really delicious, local, family-owned, burger joint.

Very over priced for nothing special. Had a steak and egg sandwich and a drink for $18?! I understand that all restaurants are having to raise their prices due to the economic issues our country is having but doesn’t justify charging people insane amounts for a simple sandwich. Perhaps the burger section of this establishment is much better…will have to come back and see.
