This is my first time here and I will be back. I can see why they are still in business after all these years. This was my first time going here and I called in the order for pick up and the person who answered the phone was so friendly and so helpful. The atmosphere itself is quaint and in the old-timey diner style. For the burger itself they give you the choice of a 4 inch or a 6 inch smash and The Onion rings are delicious and Sweet

The staff tonight killed it! Not only did they provide excellent customer service, even during a huge rush and having to deal with an out of pocket customer, they kept their composure. I was unable to tip because I don’t typically carry cash, but they definitely deserved it. They were great and we enjoyed our visit a lot. Thanks guys

This place blows me away every time I visit. Staff is always attentive, accurate and accommodating while ordering. Today I went in there and said that I don’t really like bread and I wanted two 6-in patties on a 4-in bun. Liam cut the meat off and put it all on the 4-in sandwich and I was impressed by how he could customize everything for me. The sausage hat really set it off to it for me too. Keep at it my guy.

Love Jim’s Burger Haven, but I’ve been unpleasantly surprised the last couple visits. The first time I got a handful (like 5) of cheese curds in the side I ordered, I chalked it up as a one off. This is the second time it’s happened.

Not quite fast food, but not a diner either. The food is different enough that it stands out. It is good. Worth the price. Not really anything to write home about. Definitely wish the soda machine was available for refills. I’m not one to walk up to the counter to have them do the refill for me, so not even sure if it is an option.

The wife and I stopped by the area from Greeley to visit our son and after we decided to go to Jim’s. We’ve been before and it’s always the same…great! My wife ordered the original 6 inch with cheese which she thoroughly enjoyed since she finished before me. I had the original 6 inch double with cheese and added bacon and jalapeños (I was hungry). It was delicious and so were the fries which were crispy and salted to perfection. The onion rings my wife had were fire as well. I’ve never been let down at this place and look forward to having it every time we’re in the area.

WOW!! Imagine a 1950’s diner — with amazing burgers/fries/food — that has kept their prices the same for 20+ years. I can go here and get burgers TWICE the size of a fast food chain, for HALF the price…and they taste 10x better! 10/10!

I only had the 6in burger and it was stoopid. Get the 4in. The breading is the only thing bigger. All patties are the same size. Taste was bland however the spicy cheese curds were good. I’ll have to come back and try it all over again.
