Great service, clean, and absolutely delicious, made-with-care burgers! The smash burger was crispy with toasted bun, fresh veggies and a yummy drippy sauce. Grab lots of napkins!!! Highly recommend! Very expansive menu with something for everyone.

Very nice place but expected it to be a old mom and pop establishment but turned out to be a Hispanic place. Kind of cross between a diner and fast food. Very friendly but kind of a deceiving name.

Servers at the cash register could have a better attitude as no one seemed to want to be there at all. Burgers were okay, a bit plain tasting. Had to drown mine in ketchup. Onion rings were really good.

I wouldn’t generally say anything because they usually have great food. Customer service is mediocre but the food compensates for it.
But lately the food has been lacking as well and again wouldn’t have mentioned anything but after tonight’s disappointment I am.

My burrito was made incorrectly so I had to turn around. I was already on the highway heading home. So I’m waiting for them to remake my food and the worker says “did we make a mistake” and I say “yes” (I had already told them the mistake and that we needed a new burrito) so then she goes on to ask me can we have the burrito back that they made in properly-weird, and terrible customer, It was your mistake. The worker should be trying to make up for what they did- What they’re gonna go serve it to someone else or they’re gonna eat it? Also, we had four different orders at the time we ordered. They didn’t give us any napkins either time. Didn’t say sorry not even a try to make any sort of apology and then didn’t say anything whenever I left mad. I thought you wanted to keep customers happy I guess that’s what I learned when I was in customer service anyways

Long time customer with a beef. Jim’s is still charging an extra 50 cents per egg. Egg prices are down 40% since Jan 2025. Eggs are now 80 cents more per dozen than 2 yrs ago. Not 6 dollars. Everything is more expensive, for your employees too. Did you give them raises? Corporate greed right here in LeMars. More inspiration to cook at home.
