As first-time visitors to Aspen, we were thrilled to discover a restaurant that served exceptional cuisine. The miso ramen soup and the tokonsu ramen were both outstanding, and we felt fortunate to have been able to try their secret spicy sauce, which added a new dimension to our meal. The portions were generous, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We took advantage of the opportunity to unwind in their lounge, savoring a few sake drinks. Highly recommended. I strongly advocate for it. From a discerning international traveler. Thoroughly impressed!

The food was amazing, the special coconut curry ramen was too good. Mochis were nice. The mountain miso is a proper miso taste you will like it if you like the taste. The Vegeterian ramen was also good.
Chicken pieces I felt was less quantity. The place has a vibe.
I think it’s one of the places to get good vegetarian dish when you are hungry and need to filll your stomach if you want non American and a reasonable price.
It has fortune cookies as well.

I ordered a ramen and a bao bun and paid about $40 total. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the presentation was very pretty. The bao bun was good and the meat was flavorful. The ramen egg was cooked perfectly, and the pork had a good char from being torched, which I really enjoyed.
However, I wasn’t impressed by the broth, and the ramen only came with two very thin pieces of pork. Even though the flavor was good, the portion felt a bit small for the $31 price tag. Overall, not a bad meal, but I expected more depth of flavor and a little more substance for the cost.

I support the vision here of having an option for both locals and visitors in Aspen. Unfortunately, the 4 small soup dumplings I had and a beer were $30 and the dumplings were dangerously undercooked. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just asked a server to ask the kitchen take a look at the dumpling, and they came back reporting that it was fine. Raw ground pork is not a risk I wanted to take.

It’s a fun restaurant but the ramen was very plain, and definitely not worth $30. It looked beautiful but lacked any real flavor. I’d have enjoyed instant ramen from the store more. The pork was also pretty tough.

Great little spot in the town..a little tucked in so you kinda have to look for it. I ordered the daily special which was a coconut milk and red curry based dish with pork tenderloin medallions. Really, Really delicious…super tender pork, green onions, mushrooms, a delicious broth with just enough heat to warm you up on a chilly fall evening. We also ordered the seaweed salad and the cucumber salad to accompany my wife’s Tonkotsu Ramen…the salads were bright, and refreshing with just enough acid to cut the richness of the ramen. Excellent food in a very warm and inviting venue, its exceptional when its not very busy…probably less so when packed, but our experience was really enjoyable. Don’t miss this little gem.

Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. The cucumber salad was great too. Perfect for a chilly night! Slower service on a a Saturday night but that’s to be expected. Wish this place was closer to me- I’d be there quite often!

Great food at an affordable price, for Aspen. A warm bowl of ramen after a day on the slopes is hard to find in this town, and Jimoto delivers. Friendly service, delicious food made with quality ingredients, and a cozy, casual space make it a favorite.
If you’re looking for a cheap, ultra-authentic big-city Asian spot, this isn’t it—and that’s exactly the point. Enjoy it for what it is: a locally owned and operated ski-town ramen restaurant serving good vibes and solid comfort food. Warm up, slurp some noodles, and maybe make a few friends along the way.

Such a vibe here. No pretense. Great music and the food is so good especially on a cold winter day. So happy this place exists in Aspen. The curry ramen is my favorite. Love the new hand rolls as well, great addition!
