Food was good, the Service is slow. The server was nice but didn’t seem very happy to be here.
I got the cheeseburger and fries, it’s good. My daughter got the kids cheeseburger and fries, she liked it, and my son got the kids spaghetti and he devoured it. My daughter and I both tried the spaghetti and we liked the spaghetti as well. We will most likely be back several times seeing as though we came here for dinner before her gymnastics and she just started for the season. It was good.

Every-time I come by here I think to myself, I need to try this place, I need to try place, so Today I did just that. As I walked into this building the atmosphere of this place is amazing and comfortable. I do love the Architecture on the inside of this building as well. I started off on having some New England Clam Chowder and I have to say…the best Chowder Ive had so far. The waitresses were amazing as well. Then, I decided to try their Teriyaki Steak 9oz, cooked Medium…The best steak I’ve had in my life. They also have a Dessert menu which has plenty of options for you and the family to enjoy. Jimmy’s Tavern is the best restaurant in town. Even know they are a bit expensive, nothing will stand in my way of trying new places and experiences new things. Ill be returning to this restaurant soon…Hungry for more!!

It’s wild how different opinions can be. I just saw when going to review this establishment that they have an over 4 star rating. I also had heard good things so my wife and I decided to give them a try.
The interior of the place is nice enough, nothing crazy but clean and modern. The bar size was decent, not huge but not overly small either
Starting off with the drinks, this was the best part for me. The B&B martini is often recommended so that’s what I had and they were very good. The food on the other hand, not so much.
Everything was pretty bland yet overly salty. I’d give the food here a 3 out of 5 with Peppercorn’s being an example of a solid 4 for me and places like Ruth’s Chris and Kai as 5’s.
The ribs were dry and not very flavorful. The french fries were generic frozen fries. The Cole slaw (which I love) was vinegar based and that’s not my style, though I know many like it. The wings were dried out as well, not juicy. My wife did like the fried fish at least.
If you live in the area, like real close and don’t like to travel far, I can see why people would like it here. Other than that, it’s a pass for me.

We enjoyed the delicious food and amazing atmosphere at Jimmy’s. However, the best part was the incomparable service. We are two mom friends who were dining with our young adult children, both of whom have Down syndrome. Our waiter, Felipe, treated these young adults with patience and respect. He made and sustained eye contact with them, spoke directly to them asking questions, giving information, and clarifying responses. Although we should be able to expect this, the reality is that relatively few people possess this level of comfort when encountering neurodivergent people. We also found Denise, the manager to be kind and respectful. Believe me when I say that even in 2026, we don’t always feel this welcome or wanted in public venues! This was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Felipe and Denise.

Kathy was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal! We ordered delicious appetizers and then were presented with our yummy meal. Great food, wonderful service, and the atmosphere was sophisticated and pleasant.

We were a party of seven including wheelchair. Although we hadn’t called to make a reservation, our timing great. We were seated at a large table in a convenient side room adjacent to the main dining area but close to the entryway.
We were warmly welcomed, the food was truly phenomenal,and the service was absolutely superlative. Our waitress went out of her to make us feel relaxed as we reminisced over old times as we enjoyed our meals.
Because the first experience was so delightful, I’ll return tomorrow to meet with other relatives. Whether the occasion might be special or simply lunch, I cannot adequately express the joy we all felt during our delightful dining experience.

So I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times. I’ve always ordered the chicken Santorini, which has been my favorite. It’s normally been a pasta dish (advertised under pasta dishes). This time, the lady taking my orders asked about sides, which I don’t remember from previous times. I chose mashed potatoes. I go home, open the food and it’s the sauce, chicken, and mashed potatoes. No pasta! Isn’t that ridiculous? Maybe this was a recent change and I just don’t know about it but it was disappointing. That’s not the only reason why I gave 1 star. I also ordered the teriyaki steak, medium rare. It was actually cooked all the way through (see pic). I get that take out food might get a little more cooked if not eaten right away but I don’t think it would cook the steak all the way through) It was a very sad looking dish to begin with and not even a handful of fries. They used to give more fries when I was there previously. So, all in all, this last experience was very disappointing and I feel like I wasted my money. It’s a shame because I really liked this place.

Great service, we had a large party and our waitress did amazing making sure we all got what we ordered and we were served in a timely manner. Food tastes like what you would expect, very delicious and worth the price. I had the texas burger, ask for well done if you want it a little pink but not bloody. The spinach dip, onion rings, and zucchini fries were great apps!

Convenient spot lots of parking, went for lunch on weekday , we were greeted right away and seated , the staff was pleasant and our order was taken and we were served quickly . I had salad + baked haddock and my guest had onion soup + meatloaf dinner reasonably priced, was excellent we will be back
