I ordered food from Jimmy’s at about 10:15 and they closed at 11pm. I paid with card and I ordered, they said they would deliver it no problem. 11pm came and went. I never got my order. I called and called for several days and when she finally answered the phone, the owner told me there was nothing she could do about it and was very rude!! How about replace it!!

Had an agitating experience tonight. I ordered to pick up at my vehicle. After waiting 10 minutes past pick up time I called to ask when it would be ready. It had been ready but they don’t deliver to vehicles. Then I was told I need to park on the east side. I wasn’t close enough to their door on the east side (no parking available) so I had to turn accommodate their pure laziness to walk an extra 10 ft. I had tipped accordingly for the delivery and now my reward is old pizza. I have mobility issues and this feature saves me a significant amount of time and energy. I am upset at the lack of customer service.

Came home and the pizza was missing cheese and pepperoni

We ordered delivery tonight from Jimmy’s Pizza in Beulah. Charity took our order and she was both friendly and professional. Both the Chicken Pasta and the Calzone arrived quickly, and were hot and delicious. The Salad was chilled and crispy, and the Chocolate Brownie Bites were chocolatey and not too sweet. We really enjoyed our dinner!

Jimmy’s has great food. Having said that, false advertising is a problem for me. They advertise that they have a reliable delivery service when In reality they leave much to be desired. They almost never have delivery available and it’s not on a consistent schedule. When asked when their delivery services will be available they reply with “it changes week to week”.

I am very impressed! No frills yes , but WOW! Excellent pizzaria! Yummy, I bought a 12″ meat lovers thinking ide save half for the next day? HA! I ate the whole thing and ordered a 9″ one for the next day’s lunch! Definitely worth the trip!!!!

Thin crust pepperoni was very good, extra points for the “tavern cut” (square cut). Crust was crispy, sauce was flavorful, good amount of cheese, cheese was lightly browned on top. Just right.

I ordered a custom pizza and had it delivered. It was hot and fresh when it arrived and the staff was friendly. I thought the pizza was really good. I would recommend.
