I’m so disappointed for the amount of money I’ve spent here just to throw away 90% of the food.
Not a very picky eater but EACH dish was concerningly low in freshness and quality, it almost felt intentionally bad.
1.) The staff has no problem serving raw dough.
I’ve dealt with this issue a few times before with their garlic knots (which is still not okay) but this time around, the dough on my main dish was VERY raw and overall disgusting. Grease was seeping through the it, the dough was stretching and falling apart as I went to pick it up….this resulted in immediate loss of appetite. It’s also a HEALTH risk.
2.) Not to mention, the fries were soggy, absorbed of liquid, I’m 99% sure they were microwave re-heated because of the texture.
I know this place is in Gold-Key, which is why the establishment is highly rated, but it isn’t deserving when food of this nature is being sold as consumable.

Dined in at Jimmy’s while visiting with my mother and was very impressed with the pizza. It had a thin and tasty crust that was perfectly crispy. The tables and seating are what you would expect of any pizzaria but it has a fine view of the lake. Overall good experience.

The pizza was “meh”. I think it’s frozen pizza. The person at the counter was friendly and the pizza was pretty fast. The bathroom was dirty and smelled like a porta-potty. I won’t eat there again even if it is convenient. I’ll head to Milford.

I ordered takeout and got the chicken parm with pene vodka for my pasta. When my husband came back with the food and opened it up I immediately knew this was not going to be great. There was almost no sauce on the pasta, and what little was present was literally water thin. The chicken parm was two cutlets stacked on top of one another, with only the top piece having any sauce and cheese on it. The breading was PURE MUSH, like it just melted away when cut. The noodles were one second away from dissolving along with them. I immediately called and was super nice and told the lady on the phone I’m so sorry I’ve never called and complained like this before but this is just honestly bad and explained the problem. She immediately got huffy and irritated telling me “ugh fine hold on” and immediately muted me. Comes back a minute later and just with as much attitude she could pack into her tone “it’s going be 30 minutes we’ll remake it”. At this point I’ve got zero interest in eating here EVER again and said politely “I’m sorry I’m not interested in reordering right now” before I could say anything else she yells out “FORGET IT SHE DOESNT EVEN WANT IT NOW”. EXCUSE ME? I didn’t even ask nor was I asked if that is what I wanted to do. I was going to ask for a partial refund at that point but when she comes back to me she spits out “okay well what do you even want then? You want a credit?” Again with the MOST ATTITUDE. I said you know what never mind I’ll write my review and be on my way and hung up. Do not waste your time or money patronizing an establishment with this level of service or food. Trust me. Not to mention it cost almost 25 bucks to get inedible food and to be treated like I WAS THE ONE who did wrong.

I never like to complain and in the past I have gotten great food at Jimmy’s. However the last few times it has not been good. This most recent time I ordered a chicken caesar salad wrap and there was no lettuce expect for 2 wilted pieces. It was also soggy and it looked like they just dumped a ton of dressing on there with chicken. My husband also ordered cheesy fries and they were completely burnt and hard. Below are the photos of the wrap and fries. I’m only writing this in hopes that Jimmy’s resolves whatever is going on there lately because like I said in the past the food has been good and it’s great to have a restaurant in the community.

Pizza, wings, garlic knots, chicken tenders, french fries – All consistently great food. The soft serve ice cream is also wonderful, though the little round sprinkles can go because its like chewing on gravel…. Just personal preference on that! We love eating here and ordering delivery / takeout, especially after a good day at the beach. The outdoor seating also has a beautiful view of the lake.

Our waitress/ asst mgr was absolutely wonderful! Made us feel like we were at a family dinner at home, didn’t want for anything. Her tip jar at counter was full when we left. Had fries, meatball and spaghetti lunch special, pepperoni calzone( biggest ever seen around), and cheese steak sub with the works- mushrooms.

Great Pizza with a crispy crust and served in a dining room or deck with a view of a lake. Service is friendly and not overly intrusive but attentive. Other items on the menu also are sure to please. They are also kid friendly.

Delicious food, friendly service. Best meatloaf ever! We also love the stuffed chicken parmigiana and their pizza. We have ordered many different items on their menu and have enjoyed them all. We are so lucky to have Jimmy’s in our community.
