We were happy to discover that a new Italian Restaurant had opened in Malvern and decided to visit recently. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience! Our waitress Star was very friendly and attentive as was the manager. The appetizer bread and marinara sauce is magnificent! The entrees were excellent and tastefully presented. We had the Chicken Parm and the Tuscany Chicken. For dessert we tried the chocolate cannolis – very good!

To start I’ve heard a few not so great things about this place. Finally tried it out and the food was pretty good, better than olive garden in my opinion. Service was good and our waitress was super nice. Food came out quite quickly and filled up and couldn’t eat all of it. I ordered the chicken alfredo and my friend got the chicken paremsean. We got cheese sticks and salads. All of it was pretty delicious, salad was kind of lack luster but still good. If you tried this place in the past I would say try it again.

This was the best shrimp scampi that I have ever had. Thank you. For a restaurant just starting up the service was fine. The servers are new and learning. The chef was awesome. The cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms was very clean. My family had two other dishes that they said was just delicious, my wife’s house salad was nice and crisp and cold.

The service was good, but the food!! Omg, the food was excellent. The bread yummy, the mozzarella sticks delish, the chicken broccoli tortellini was divine and the Alfredo sauce was mouth watering. The price is very reasonable. I will return!!

I ordered a Large Supreme Pizza (This was my first time trying this place out). The bad: Hardly enough cheese, onions were still raw, skimpy on meat toppings. In a nutshell it was terrible and I don’t think it would beat frozen Red Baron! The good: The staff were very sweet but need to step up their quality!!!!

This is my review of our first (and only) time eating at Jimmy’s Italian Restaurant in Malvern, AR. Upon entering on a Friday night, we see wait staff but nobody to seat us. We were unsure if we seat ourselves or wait on someone so we waited. She told us to sit wherever we would like. The atmosphere was dismal. The waitresses didn’t smile. It was not busy at all. There were two tables seated and nobody waiting when we walked in. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer. It came relatively quickly. Not seasoned well and I didn’t care for the batter, but not the worse plate I’ve ever had. I ordered the lobster ravioli and my husband got the chicken Alfredo. He said his was good. I tried it and was not impressed. The lobster ravioli was tasty except for the ravioli didn’t taste done. They were hard around the ended and chewy. The sauce was great. It came with 6 ravioli and 4 large shrimp. I didn’t recall seeing the shrimp on the menu so they were an added bonus that I was pleased with. We never received bread but noticed every other table did. Two came in while we were eating and they were given bread right away. We never asked, either, so maybe that’s the difference. It was not an upbeat atmosphere. I personally have no desire to return. Oh we also tried the tiramisu desert. It was ok, nothing to write home about. Also not the worst.

Absolutely amazing! I was not expecting this restaurant to be this good. The service was great. The food was wonderful (especially the salad). The prices were spectacular. I can’t say enough. Will definitely bring friends next time!!! P.S. loved the soft Italian music in the background.❤️

Bad business!!!! Had lunch with my mom and daughter. We order pasta with chicken with some kind of white sauce. Chicken bland and sauce had so much sugar in it. Couldn’t even eat. So the waiter just took it back and brought me a pizza instead after I asked. They brought my ticket and charge me for the pasta I didn’t eat and they took it. They wouldn’t take it off my ticket. They said I ordered it so I had to pay regardless if I ate it or sent it back. So I paid for pizza which I expected to but shouldn’t pay for other. Won’t go back. I would give zero star but it won’t allow. My mom didn’t eat hers but she didn’t won’t to complain so she just ate the bread.

We had a great meal and fun visiting with the other guest. Yes only two tables filled and I can’t understand stand why. The service was excellent as was the food. I had Stromboli, it was wonderful. My wife had Chicken Marseille which I tried (mire that once). And she said the way she made it was better, not a chance. It was way better than hers. I will be eating it next time. My son had the simpler which I tried as we. Also very good.
Come on people of the malvern area. Come out and support a local business and enjoye a realy good meal. I will be back and I hope I have to wait to get a table!!!!

I’m so glad Malvern FINALLY got an Italian restaurant! Thus far, I can say the pizza is delicious, the lettuce in my salad was wonderfully crisp and fresh and the kitchen looks immaculately clean from what I could see. Can’t wait to try the lasagna and dessert. One star off for a bit of a wait. If you’re inpatient, no worries, they seem to have a decent carry out business too!
