We have been to a lot of Jimmy’s Eggs, and sadly this was one of the worst. The biscuit was crazy dry and over cooked. The eggs in the skillet were overdone and nothing tasted that good at all. While I can only go on visuals there was a older couple next to us and the wife’s pancakes were a dark brown color instead of the usual golden brown. Maybe it was an off day, we aren’t from the area so dont know for sure. We most likely wont try it again if ever back in the area.

The service was good and the server we had she took her time with us. Because it was our first time in there. And the country skillet me and my fiancee got was delicious. The biscuit and gravy that come with it was good flaky and buttery. The sausage and gravy was good. Just the only weird thing was we was sitting there and had people from the other race just staring at us like we didn’t belong there. But the Manager made us feel welcomed.

We were not greeted at all but I could tell that they were busy b it the gentleman who walked past us barely said anything, didn’t greet us and looked bothered that we even showed up. This particular situation was quickly alleviated by the strong and comforting presence of our waitress, Julie. She was so sweet, funny, and very cordial. She gave us suggestions regarding the menu and was patient as I navigated the menu. I chose the Breakfast Waffles and let me tell you: they were amazing!! Waffle House waffles have nothing on these waffles! Julie was so aware of our needs and preemptively filled our coffee mugs with fresh hot coffee! Thank you for the wonderful work and your exemplary service, Julie. Give Julie a raise, I say!

I’ve had mixed experiences at Insight. While the food comes out fast once you’re served, the service itself has been disappointing. On more than one occasion, I was ignored while staff attended to regular customers first, even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. This behavior also included the manager, which made the situation even more discouraging.
Waiting wouldn’t have been an issue if it felt fair, but being overlooked repeatedly made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it came across as possible bias, which is concerning. Fast food doesn’t make up for feeling dismissed as a customer.
I hope management takes a closer look at how guests are treated so everyone feels welcome and valued.

Always enjoy eating here for breakfast. Prefer weekdays because it’s not as crowded. Food is always good and can’t say enough about the toast!! I’m not a bread eater but I love their toast. Hashbrowns are excellent and the omelettes are great. Husband tried the queso blanco burrito and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

Slow service. Gentleman serving us didn’t have the greatest bedside manner. Very slow when not very many people in the place. I was initially brought the wrong meal and the server walked away so fast I couldn’t even tell him. He eventually returned with the correct order.
