I had the biscuits and gravy breakfast and my husband had the pancake breakfast with two, inch thick pancakes that were delicious. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Pancakes were good, my garden omelette was good, the bacon was extremely over done. See picture-burnt. I asked for 2 other pieces of bacon and our waitress told the chef the complaint was too crispy-not burnt. The chef was then heard saying “so they want it floppy” no-I just don’t want burnt bacon, and I’m pretty sure it was either bacon they cooked up from days previous and reheated. The taste wasn’t good. They weren’t very busy and a ton of their tables were dirty as well.

I ordered a breakfast burrito for 7.99 which I’ve ordered before. This time the bacon was barely cooked. It was all around gross. The tortilla was like it was cooked in a lot of nasty cooking grease. It wasn’t edible. In the past, the burritos haven’t been perfect but edible . This time, it was so bad i had to put a review.

Great little place! Very, very good food. I had both the sausage and bacon gravy, you should too. The pancakes are absolutely delicious, and as thick as a box of matches! The service was fabulous-Ms. Tina was very attentive,and the yummy food came out really quick.. What makes this place special isn’t just the food or even the service, it’s the people that come and dine here. At one table are four men solving the problems of the world, one light hearted argument at a time, at another table is couple just getting started in life, and at another table is a couple who’s life together has seen many elections, trials, and excitement. This.. This right here.. This is what makes Jimmy’s Diner, and many places like it, special. This is what makes America, great.

Stopped in for breakfast and had the western omelet. This is a true small town diner with great people running it. The staff were friendly and attentive. It is a little bit away from downtown but, in reality, only a few minutes. Give them a try!
