I want to give 4 stars because Jimmy’s was a staple for us through COVID, but we just got the most disappointing cheesesteak; especially for this area. No cheese (not exaggerating), mostly lettuce, and just sad. The Buffalo chicken tenders and kids penne vodka were great, but this is what we were looking forward to. Hopefully will be better next time.

Jim and his team catered a workshop at Island Beach State Park for a group. From start to finish, everything was great! Jim was responsive to our requests and made suggestions for our meal that everyone enjoyed. The food was delicious, fresh and flavorful. Everything was made from scratch. Jimmy’s Cucina catered my birthday party in Asbury Park, based on a recommendation from a party planner that I hired. I was very pleased with how it all worked out. Jimmy personally helped plan out the right mix of trays from his catering menu for the party size and mix of dietary needs/preferences of my guests. His staff professionally delivered all of the trays on time and as planned. The food was all delicious. My favorites were the chicken Piccata and crab cakes. Great job!

If you are looking for a pizza pie to feed your family on a Friday night do not count on Jimmy’s. Their large pie is the size of a personal pizza for $18. You’ll need three of their large pies to equal a normal large. According to the counter girl, the displayed pies at their counter are the individual sold slices. You can’t order that size to take out. Strange!! Go elsewhere!

The counter girl with a strong accent was very rude. I was served food that I didn’t ordered and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I had already paid so rather than argue I took the order I was given and left. The person I was with was still waiting inside for his order and told me that she continued to complain and mock me to her coworkers after I was gone. Do to the lack of customer service and respect for the customers I will no long be giving them my business. Andy’s pizza is not to far away. I recommend them for better food and service.

Just had Jimmy’s cater a surprise party. The personal and exceptional service that Jimmy provided from start to finish made all the planning so much easier. Everyone raved about the food, we had apps,, salads and plenty of hot food for 100 people. Would highly recommend Jimmy’s!!

Stopped in today for a sub, the menu on the wall has prices for different subs. Average is $15.99 for a whole. I always order cappicola, provolone, and pepperoni. No toppings just oil and vinegar. I bought a 20 oz Gatorade and a 5 oz bag of chips. Total came to $33. That’s outrageous! When I asked about price discrepancy from advertized prices for most subs, I was told there’s an upcharge for the cappicola. Wow! I feel like I just got robbed!

I went here with my family and my in laws because Squan Tavern was closed for Presidents day. I was pleased to se the place was super busy and figured it must be a hot spot to go. I got a Sicilian, plain and pepperoni pizza and it was nothing short of absolutely terrible. My wife even said the pizza wasn’t good at all.
