Oh my goodness! So delicious! It’s like eating the best Fair Food without the discomfort of the fair. We are traveling and found this place because we didn’t want another fast food meal. Just as fast, but oh so much better! And a fun atmosphere!

The only place around that has food that tastes like it didn’t just go from the freezer to the microwave. Everything we’ve tried so far has been great and the people are always willing to suggest what’s good which we love.

I absolutely love all their food! Pork is cooked to perfection and their brisket chili so good. My mother and I came in for our first time an hour before closing and they were really kind to us. Fast service too! Great portions as well we were full for about 20$

Brisket was average, not great, not bad. I’d order again.
Pulled pork was the same.
The variety of BBQ sauces was good and their tastes were tge same as their meats. Average.
The prices were great! The service was great! The cleanliness was fantastic! Will we go again? Absolutely!

I was pleased with the quantity of food I received. The quality was something left to be desired. The half rack of ribs didn’t taste like BBQ. It seemed as if they were oven cooked. There was no smokey flavor. Nor a smoke ring in the meat. My co-worker even asked why there was no scent of hickory or some other hardwood. The coleslaw appeared to be creamy but were more of vinegar flavor. Which isn’t unpleasant, but not what I expected. And my mac-n-cheese was just bland. All in all, I spent thirteen dollars on unappetizing food.

I got one of the plates with 2 meats – this can totally be 2 meals the chicken was amazing definitely didn’t need any extra sauce, tender juicy and perfectly seasoned. Ribs were a great mix of biting into them and having them fall off the bone. Fries were a lightly salted fair style. The mac n cheese was homemade style, a nice creamy texture, but the cheese was a little on the .old side for my taste, I like it made with sharp cheese but over all an excellent meal and leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I will definitely be back

I had high hopes for this place because I really want more restaurants in Louisville. The building is clean and attractive and the staff is super friendly. But the food… The best part of the meal was the baked beans and corn muffins. The barbecue sauces are also very good. But the chicken wings are probably the worst I’ve ever had. They were old tasting and dry, like they had been cooked a couple of days ago and thrown back into the fryer to heat. The sausage was very bland and so were the ribs. The hand cut fries were mushy and limp, not a bit of crispness anywhere. My husband has a big appetite and loves ribs but didn’t eat even half of them. Neither one of us finished our meals. Very disappointed because I really wanted a new restaurant option in a town that doesn’t have many.
To owner: don’t be baffled, try eating those wings yourself. Disgusting. Maybe it was an off day but puzzlement and disbelief is not the way to respond to an unhappy customer.

We ordered carry out and it was delicious! I got the chili and a pulled pork sandwich, which was so tender and flavorful on a good chewy roll. The chili was very tomato-y and not as full of beans and meat as I would like, but still really tasty with brisket. The meal was very satisfying.

Excellent food and friendly employees!
We are new to the area abs try Jimmy’s for lunch. We had a great meal. I head the pulled pork and my husband head the sausage. We tried the mustard BBQ sauce and the original BBQ sauce. Both were tasty!

Unfortunately for an out of towner looking for some familiar food, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I tried it due to my willingness to try anything at least once, and I regretted it immediately.
The Mac n Cheese wasn’t even a cheese sauce it was some white sauce, the parsley potato I’m almost 100% sure was canned potatoes, the chopped brisket was just literally chopped chunks of beef, and the wings left everything to be desired. this was the 2 meat plate for $13 and was probably worth $7 at best. So note to your explorer self… skip this one!
