Wow! My first experience with New Haven style and I can see why Portnoy loves it. Great crust, little flop, sauce was spot on. He only gave them an 8.1 (which is solid for him), I said they were an 8.2. Service was superb, couldn’t ask for better service. The French Onion Soup was absolutely delicious. We also had the garlic knots, which were the best I’ve had. The garlic sauce and marinara mingled a sweet dance on my taste buds, get them, you won’t be disappointed. The only thing I regret is I didn’t get a hoodie to take home, maybe they will reach out and let me know how I can get one DO NOT pass on Jimmy’s Apizza.

I went for a lunch and ordered a small Cheese and Sausage pizza, I didn’t know what to expect but was extremely happy. The pizza tasted Fresh and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Wow, after eating at Jimmy’s tonight I just had to say something. The food was sooooo good!. The large ceaser salad was enough for 3 people with leftovers. My husband had 2 meatballs and could only finish one. I had the garlic parm wings which were the BEST EVER!! I’ve never had any better. the wings were crisp, warm, and with enough oil for a smooth mouth feel. I can’t wait to go back!! It’s a simple place but the employees and customers are

Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! We stopped by on our way through and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered three different kinds — Danielle, Brittany, and Pepperoni — and each one was perfect. The dough was both soft and crunchy, the tomato sauce was packed with flavor, and the spiciness of the buffalo chicken was just right. Highly recommended!

Was in my hometown of New Haven and was staying in Milford. Googled pizza places near me as I live in Ohio now and long for a “slice”. Jimmy Apizza staff was so nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my two cheese slices and a drink special !

Pies are always perfect, lots of toppings and crispy but chewy crust. Wife loves the pickle pie but the boys and I are more into the meatball or sausage. Can’t beat the nice people and fast service as well. I would have to say the best in Milford and maybe only has New Haven to worry about because it’s that good.

Yes, the crust always turns out a little charred, and yes, that’s exactly the way it’s supposed to be! iykyk
Yes, the parking can get a little cramped on a busy night, but one taste of that pizza will make you not care if you have to make a nine-point turn to get out.
And also yes, the service is always fantastic! I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my favorite piping hot Apizza. And the staff has always been friendly and courteous.
Bottom line is this, we could litigate all day about who has the best pizza in Milford, but if you’re ready to eat, pick up the phone or take ride to Jimmy’s Apizza, you won’t regret it!

Jimmy’s Apizza in Milford is fantastic! Their regular pizza is always spot on — perfectly cooked with great flavor every time. The sausage is phenomenal, and the pepperoni and ricotta combo is a go-to favorite. I’d love to see a gluten-free crust option added for my wife, but even without it, this place consistently delivers some of the best pizza around.

While in the area, we went here to pick up some pizza for lunch. The staff was very nice, but unfortunately, not a big fan of the pizza. We had something called a garbage pizza, which puts just about everything on it but the kitchen sink. This one wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately, we also had the pepperoni pizza and I was not a fan. Still nice people and you can’t please everyone. We also had chicken tenders and fries, which were pretty good.
