I have given 5 stars for fancier restaurants than this however Jimmy P’s deserve it because I had the perfect experience. Husband leaned toward 5 guys next door but I don’t like the burger there, I said let’s try this one! And boy did we make the good choice! The perfect burger! The meat is amazing quality, the buns are perfect, it won’t get flat and soggy like the one in 5 guys! It’s my 7th year in the States but I gotta say this may be the best burger I have ever tried! They always play music in background,sometimes 90’s hits, or beach chillin’ sound, I really enjoyed to listen to it, creates great vibe and the volume allows you to have a conversation, too! It doesn’t seem to be a family place, per se, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a child in there, but hey, we need places like that! It’s probably because of the price range of drinks, they seem a tiny bit pricey. It’s perfect to go on dates, grab a bite with your significant one! We’ve been back since then 3 more times, always trying different burger! I definitely recommend it if you crave a big juicy burger or quality steak!

Went into jimmy ps at Vanderbilt for the first time. And let me tell you, the food was amazing! our waitress Daiana, who greeted us as soon as we walked in was exceptional. We got the New York strip and Swiss burger, everything was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent, food was tasty and cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere. Great job Jimmy Ps!

Great experience, close to our home, nice and clean place. Tried the recommended Jalapeño Burger, great look (see pictures) but I think it lacked flavor. Wife got the Swiss Burger, again, presentation is amazing, but flavor was missing. Price for an appetizer, two burgers, fries and two drinks was approximately $60. A bit steep for what you get, but convenient if you live close by.

Order appetizers firecracker shrimp… cost me $13… I got the plate it was only 4 shrimps!!!! Four little shrimp at that. I never seen shrimp prices so inflated in my life before in this isn’t an upscale restaurant. On top of that i ordered a salmon dinner $25 . The salmon was tough like a well done steak like the salmon been frozen since yesterday and the potatoes didn’t taste homemade and stiff. I was disappointed to pay $40 for that meal. four shrimps when they had a large pack of shrimp for sale with maybe 40 shrimps in the pack for on $20 and a salmon that was far from delightful. I really wanted to try their Wagyu burger mind you it’s $16 with fries but 4 little shrimps for $13 dollars… but the burger most likely a scam.

Ordered truffle fries and a filet mignon steak as takeout. The fries were soggy, mushy, and inedible. Unlike the photos other reviewers have posted they were “crinkle” style fries, with zero truffle flavor and 2 melted pieces of Parmesan on top. I ate one and threw the rest in the trash, a complete waste of money. The steak was tender and cooked to the correct temperature, but had very little searing or flavor. The searing it did have was only on one side, the other side was grey without any grill marks.

I ordered the smoked chicken wings. They are terrible-period. If you are gonna smoke meat , don’t fry it to remove the flavor. Over cooked and zero flavor. Every thing that this comes from this kitchen is overcooked.

Fantastic food! Service was excellent! One of the best burgers I have ever had. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a steak or burgers. The menu also has a variety for everyone. Highly recommend!

Restaurant was hot, and loud. Not certain why loud rock music was playing, they don’t have a bar. The food was average, my husband’s steak was under cooked and both our dishes were overly salted. I expected more with all the great reviews. Maybe the other locations are better?
