Unbelievably bad. Not the staffs fault. They were great! Everything is different besides the bread n chips. I got a club lulu. Meat has changed, weird Lil pieces. There was barely any meat in the sandwich. I basically bought a $13 loaf of bread with mayo. I can’t believe how different and bad tasting Jimmy John’s has become. Thanks for buying Jimmy John’s and ruining it. Very disappointed. This used to be my favorite sandwich place. I don’t see myself ever coming back to a Jimmy John’s again. Extremely disappointed. Staff was great! It’s not their fault!

*** Update: The manager and or their crew remade the sandwich that I complained about below and when I got home it was wrong again!!! I called back to let them know that they screwed my order up a second time and still didn’t even get an apology. I’d choose a different location Jimmy John’s then the one on pines if you want decent food and decent customer service.
I placed an online order to pick up to take home because I was on a super time crunch. Upon opening my order at home my sandwich was made incorrectly and to the point I was unable to eat it. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager he said I could bring the sandwich back which I was unable to do that evening and that he was not able to issue me a refund because there was other items on my order. The manager gave me a store credit for $15 the meal plus my added bacon was $15.75. the manager was rude he did not apologize for the mistake and I did not have dinner that night. When I came back in the next evening to get the sandwich, I brought back the messed up sandwich and my receipt. The same manager was working and again did not apologize for the mistake. I complained about the lack of proper credit and he said it was up to him how he felt to issue credit. I told him that I suggested for better customer service in the future that maybe he apologized and offer the customer something small like a cookie or a drink or a chips for their mistake. He told me he didn’t want my suggestions and he didn’t have to do that and he didn’t have to give me anything. He was incredibly rude and should not be a manager at any store. I have worked many retail jobs food jobs and customer service jobs and this is not the way you handle a customer’s complaint. I hope he gets demoted.

My cucumber salad was a gross container of over ripe cucumber slices swimming in liquid. I took one bite and threw it out. Ate away from the store or I would have returned it.
Sandwiches mostly wrap. The tomato and mustard was delicious, but I could barely find any meat. I won’t go there again. The service was excellent but the food was barely eatable. The cucumber salad I ordered wasn’t eatable. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. Staff very friendly but food terrible.

4.13.25: First time in this shop and stopped here for a quick lunch before our almost hour drive back home. We walked in to a brightly lit atmosphere and we’re greeted by the smiling cashier. I’m still fasting from all meat so that leaves me with getting the Veggie sandwich. I didn’t mind since I was actually craving some fresh veggies. The veggie came with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, double provolone, and avocado spread. I didn’t add anything extra and kept it a basic sandwich. Even though it sounds pretty plain lol, it was really good and hit the spot. The veggies were fresh and green, the cucumbers crisp, and the tomatoes were ripe and not too juicy nor withered looking. I was going to add onions but I’m glad I didn’t. The avocado spread gave it enough zest without being overly seasoned. I’m a fan of carbs and love their in-house fresh made bread. It was soft with no signs of staleness. There’s not much to a veggie sandwich but it can easily be ruined with not fresh veggies or overly ripe tomato/cucumber. I’m happy to report my sandwich was spot on and so was the friendly service. All in all, the workers I saw were working hard during lunch hour and deserve some kudos.

Food is good but their delivery drivers take forever. My last two orders, weeks apart took over an hour to get here. Thats longer than a pizza. This time the guy thats answered the phone saying the driver took it with 7 other orders. Are you kidding me. Dont get delivery from this place. Do not eat hot sandwhiches that took and hour or more to get to you. Bacteria starts it need to stay tempature.

Came right as they opened to get a “quick” wrap. Ordered, unbeknownst to me (no mention from staff) rhey had a 60 sandwich order ahead of me. Rather than make my 1 quickly, they finished all 60! Not only that at no point was the over 25 minute wait mentioned. Employee made it a point to tell me its what I get for being there at opening. Ridiculous.

These people are AWFUL! I pre-ordered my lunch for it to be to me on time and it wasnt here, they did not call to let me know my order would be running late, they then said they are black listing me from their place of business because I dont know how food service works when I have indeed worked it before. I am left with no food that I ordered over an hour ago, I will be calling their corporate office.
