I would highly recommend this JJ’s! I really don’t understand the bad reviews. The people are super nice and the food is exactly what you should be getting at a JJ’s! In an area with lots of white collar workers you shouldn’t be surprised if they get bogged down at lunch or have occasional mixups. These are real people who will bend over backwards to help make your dining experience better!

I walked in and ordered an unwich. By the time I unwarped it at my office 10 min later it was a regular sandwich. I called and shared the issue and the gentleman who answered quickly offered to make it correctly and deliver it for me (as I didn’t have enough time on my lunch break to go back). He asked for my phone number in the event he needed to each out. TWO HOURS LATER still no replacement so I call the store and I get placed on a quick hold and someone stumbles through what is supposed to be my remade unwich order and it isn’t even right. The directions to my office aren’t even close. I told them to just forget it at this point as my lunch has been long over and the sandwich I got in error was soggy so couldnt even eat that. Not sure why they never called. So irritating!

Great sandwiches, loads of meat on the normal sammich, you can get even more if you order it. The bread is so good here and the workers were polite and prompt with my order.

Just because they are in the same parking lot at the 76 station and rocket I’ve got to rate this location one store. Places need to be holding 76 accountable. They are robbing people with there air pump and not refunding(don’t get me started with number on the side), not safe have been offered counterfeit fentynal pills inside and out side the store, have seen people smoking and selling inside and out side the store on foil, car wash has damage multiple people’s cares…. And the list goes on. Look at bad reviews and talk to people that go there daily.

5/5 as compared to other Jimmy John’s. Excellent customer service. Clean and quick. Prepared correctly and tasted how I expected it would. I get the the bootlegger #14 without tomato please. There was a huge double rainbow outside over the location… Maybe it’s lucky.

Nobody behind the counter the first 2 minutes I was in there. Then the Sandwich maker woman came out from the kitchen with both cheeks STUFFED full of food. She put on gloves without washing her hands all while chewing next to the food line. The sandwich was “okay” not as good as usual from other sites.
